Rebekah was born Isabella Josephine Moore. Upon being turned into a fairy, she adopted her sire’s surname Rogare urging and proceeded to change the rest of her given names so in a symbolic way, she was letting the Isabella Moore in her “die” and letting the Rebekah Rogare be born. Now to Rebekah, the name she adopted at her maker’s urging is the one she sees herself as. As far as Rebekah is concerned, Isabella Josephine Moore died in the early 1700s. As the years passed by, Rebekah managed to make a modest fortune for herself and is considered moderately wealthy in Sacrosanct.
