Lucas is a bitter creature, riddled with scars of his past and constantly trying to drown out the feelings that come with them. He finds solace in heavily medicated doses of whatever he can get his hands on - but only if it's nice and long and slow. He comes from a violent past in a violent city, riddled with gangs, guns, and too many bite wounds to count. He's tired. And angry. People aren't wrong to be afraid of that large, scary looking dog ambling through the streets. He's come here, to this new place, looking for whatever he can find. Peace? A place to die? Unfortunately for Lucas, they may be one in the same.
