Marrea was born of two fae parents from old lines, French on her mother's side and Celtic on her father's. The two clans are generally going at one another's throats, and it's tiresome being the go-between all the time. First chance she got, she left Normandy, France, and started searching for a place to call her own. Since she comes from two ancient and powerful fae lines, she has an unusual power for a fae--light bending. She can manipulate light to make herself seem invisible for short amounts of time. She's stealthy anyway, and seldom has need to use that power. The down side, of course, is that it makes her very tired, and the more tired she is, the more susceptible she becomes to iron and its toxic affects. She's petite, like most of the fae, with large violet eyes, a light dusting of freckles on her pale face, and long, wavy auburn hair.
