Unfortunately, we have a small issue with Killian's ability. Mastery of the Four Elements would technically be considered four separate powers. We specifically use witches and the elements as an example of this in our rules. To start out, however, you may choose one element and as you gain points, slowly add on others :-) As far as his weakness, this also seems a bit obvious that he'd be weak to anything that stops his magic. Unless you're saying that this effects him in more ways than just being unable to utilize his magic? I just kind of need a bit more information on how his magic being blocked from him would set him apart from any of the other characters on the site when they have their magic blocked. Everything else looks good otherwise so just let me know what you want to do about those two things and then we can get him all accepted!
