The Macedonian man could hardly be described as overly benevolent. Every act within his life was done so with some meticulous purpose. It was true that such intent might have been bred upon superstitions or his rather precious reputation but they were, in the end, done not simply out of sheer kindness. This steed's desire to reclaim that which he had lost fell much under the same scrutiny. Why would -- why should Alexander waste his rather immortal life on assisting Frost find his rather obscure something? His blue-green tinged gaze shifted towards the large ivory steed as the creature abruptly stirred, his heavy foot falls bringing him much closer towards Alexander as if he was some how challenging the hunter. Unfortunately for him, the Macedonian man had been an unmoveable force for two long centuries - long enough that one steed was hardly going to somehow reduce him to scurrying along to fulfil the creature's wants. He had, to some degree, been unwiling to retreat in front of creatures far larger then Frost and far more foreign. He had stood in front of cities that refused to fall and oceans that couldn't be crossed. One horse was surely not enough and in retort the man's eyebrow rose ever so slightly as he eyed the creature before him, his gaze shifting only by the voice of the pony that accompanied him.
