East

The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

If there was anything that Edie couldn't stand, it was the feeling that she was the last person being paid attention to. The young fennec fox thrived on attention. She loved being the star of the show, loved having eyes on her, loved being on everyone's mind. That Frost had abandoned her so easily to go dance with Nadya brought an overwhelming sense of jealousy that even she couldn't explain. She knew of Frost's affections for Nadya. She'd known that from the very moment she agreed to be his Beta. And it wasn't as though Edie had any feelings for Frost besides the fondness a Beta would feel for their Alpha. And she had Kato. Her boyfriend. Whom she loved. But there was something about watching the way that Frost moved with Nadya that made her stomach drop. Frost was supposed to be her date, not Nadya's, right?

It was that alone that led her to grab ahold of the faerie man that she had tormented so easily that evening in the garden. She had no idea what Frost's plan was regarding the faerie in front of her or the pretty faerie queen. No, her actions now were entirely out of jealousy and the pleasure that came from harming Frost or his plans. Her actions now were entirely petty, and that alone fueled her pulling the slender faerie man through the crowd and away from the pretty blonde he seemed intent on accompanying. She was a curious thing, the very nature of her species. It was that that had her demanding after who the blonde was. Her eyes narrowed at the moment that Frost was referred to as her Master.

"He is not my Master. I... I serve him sure, but I am almost as equal as he is. I am..." She cut herself off. Dorian didn't need to know about her status in the pack, nor her title. He didn't need to know anything about her, and giving her any information would just be naive and stupid. She huffed, returning her gaze up to his. "If I thought he would tell me that information, I wouldn't be asking you, now would I?" She muttered, more to herself than to him. "Now trust me. I do loath your species, perhaps more than any other. And yet I'm still curious about Tinkerbell over there. She's awfully cute." She grinned wickedly up at him.

"It'd be fun to harm her, I bet. Frost isn't always a good guy. I don't know what he wants with her, but I can promise that it won't be good. Now, you can give me some information and I can help you, or I'll help him and watch whatever he does to her. I think either one would be very fun for me, so what will it be?" It wasn't true, of course. Regardless of what was told to her, she would be loyal to Frost forever. But perhaps there was some... information he would have about the girl that would perhaps help her Alpha down the line. Dorian seemed easy enough to trick, and she would certainly try to do that now.

"Tell me more about the princess over there, and I can tell you what you need to do to protect her, now can't we?" She gave him a warm smile, pretending that her interest was in protecting the pretty blonde instead of assisting Frost in hurting her. She wasn't sure what Frost had in mind for the blonde girl, but she was sure it would be remarkably interesting. "Now. Once more. Who is she and why is she important?"
