East

The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

Surely she knew what she was getting herself into, was it not all too obvious? If it wasn't for his smooth (or rather polished) personality and picturesque grin. It was the tattoos; his apparent addiction to endorphin and adrenaline rushes, the pleasure in pain. He was a rebel and more; not giving a damn about society and it's standards. It's stand-in-line, black and white generic, paper-copy of the last work horse ideals for their people. Magnus lived his life for himself and set very little limits on what he can and cannot do. He played by his own rules; he was dangerous for a little girl like this maiden before him.

But of course it seemed to excite her, this bad boy. There was no doubt that he would take advantage of it. There was something alluring about such a little woman so innocent; corrupting her and unleashing the wild that is always on the inside. Peel back the silly standards and desire the impress the masses and release the feral animal that every human being was. They were only disconnected by generations of seperation, they were foolish to believe they were any less part of nature as the rest. Perhaps the merging of species, perhaps magick concretes such a sentiment as this High King was more than animalistic; he was a beast in the true sense of the word.

She was instantly lit up by the Norwegian word, one he would not tell her. He simply grins down on her and shrugs his shoulders. "I have a feeling you'll find out one day." Her curiosities, her intent conversation was beyond an attempt to keep her mind off of the fact that they were stuck in a jammed elevator. Now she would not be beat and she struggles from something to give to him, anything that would prove that she was anything more than the biggest goody-two-shoes that Magnus had ever met. She digs deep and into her childhood and Magnus chuckles at the mere words of "When I was kid,".

"How could you?" he mocks despite the fact that his eyes were shamelessly admiring her slender stomach and just how soft her ethnic skin looked. He examines the scars as she points them out before peering up to see the proud grin that spread those full lips of hers. "You'll have to prove it to me, little girl." he chuckles again, eyeing her as she stood with her hands on her hips - then slide down the wall to sit down. She then offers him a seat beside her and he takes it. Leaving his knee against the wall bent and his wrist upon his knee, he leans into corner so that he may look upon her more directly.

Of course she would want to know what he considers crazy and what he is capable of. He wouldn't be giving her much of a clue - that she sat beside a murderer. He muses with a glance to the ceiling for a moment. "Well, I've been sky diving." He looks back to her with a wicked smirk. "I've been on a high speed chase on my bike numerous times. They can't catch me." He chuckles in pure amusement, he despised all authority. "I've had sex in a church..." The last one was for shock factor, to see how up-tight she was - and well, it was the truth. He pays attention to every way of communication; from muscles tensing to the tone in her voice may she speak.

"Then what is it that you do for fun if you don't actually have any?"
