East

The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

In their world it was typical for their kind to run around bare naked in their birthday suit. However, she was taught that it was not right to walk amongst others without clothes. Unlike many of her own kind she would not shift from or to her wolf without her clothes on. Always she made sure to keep the fabric finding it distasteful to appear in nothing but flesh. She had always felt this way even before the various flaws would be slashed or marked over her body. Clothes, although she hated shopping for them, they did their job by covering up every trace of her imperfection that made her cringe. While the boy lifted his shirt, Raven heard the coughs behind her, feeling the cold stares as she managed to get the boy to return his shirt back to its original place. As he snapped his words at her, a soft sigh would cause her shoulders to lower as she began to knot and twist her fingers about, nervously. Her concerned words spoken with ease to at least cool his ever growing temper.

"No you are not a pet...and it is wrong she treats you like that."

Unable to do anything else on the topic and quietly sat there as he munched on the appetizers. Grateful to have this fleeting moment of peace, unlatching her fingers she would return to picking up the napkins and stacking them. She did not wish to leave such a huge mess once they were. Yet her moment of peace would disappear as soon as the waitress came with the sharp knives. Seeing Tobi grab the glass of water, her lithe frame would move swiftly to shield the woman, taking the water on full hit. The scowl on Tobi's face only caused her own disfigured face to give him a disappointed look. As she turned around, grabbing some napkins and drying herself down, she kindly beseeched to the waitress to understand her explanation as to why Tobi was acting so out of the norm. As her focus remained on the waitress, she noticed how the girls' eyes would shift away from her, focused solely on the boy behind her. Hearing the hissing sound of his snicker she would slowly turn around, one brow raised as she noticed his features holding an emotionless look. The boy should learn that she has eyes in the back of her head. As he claimed he was not sorry, an idea popped into her head, she would give him a sadden smile. Shaking her head she would tilt it down in a sadden manner, her arms folding in front of her, as she sighed every so softly with an air of dissatisfaction. Her tone held such a sweet and persuasive tone, talking to the boy as if she was going to reward him, but thinking otherwise of not doing so, with a hint of melodramatic disappointment.

"That is a shame...I was hoping you would apologize...because I would have gotten you ice cream...are you sure you don't feel a little sorry?"

Slowly her fingers would gently let go of his own, her fingers slowly trailing down his own fingers as she lifted her hand away from his returning them to her side. Blue-grey eyes watched him hold a look of cheek, but still she would keep her scarred façade with a sadden appearance. It would seem the girl was blessed with being able to be a thaumaturgy when it came to patience. As she whispered such a strained plea it would seem she had reached him, barely, as he began to settle down. Gesturing towards the onion rings Raven would give him a small grin happy to see he was now focused on the food instead of their surrounding environment. The patrons' harsh whispers and cold stares remained focused on them; and the poor girl would try to ignore them as best as she could.

"Soon. When they bring out our food...but you can still eat the rest of the onion rings, I don't want them."

As the deviant would continue to tear into the rest of the appetizer, her eyes shifted back to his collar. Oddly enough there was a glint in her eye, as she simply watched shifting her eyes to meet his should his dark eyes reach hers. Pink lips began to tug back into a deadly smirk as a mischief thought surfaced. A playful mischief tone would slip out gently, as she kept her slate gaze on his own.

"One day you should try to sneak a collar on Risky...treat her like a pet."

I'd Rather Feel Pain Then Nothing At All
