East

The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

Malek Ackerman

You're my water. You're my wine.

Malek's now warm body is entirely pressed against the fellow vampire, his hips pinning her roughly against that wall as he kisses her. Only to break that kiss shortly after, his bloodied lips traveling down to her neck to press into that soft flesh. She doesn't flinch from him, she doesn't push him away. Such wicked delight prowls through that monster's eyes, Malek's face but not Malek in mind and soul. This was the monster he kept caged up, refused to give an inch too because if this side of him was released, well, this Malek merely took what he wanted and hardly cared about the consequences. There was no humanity left in this version. And as if this beast needed to prove it to his other half locked away, he grins maliciously against Petra's neck, only to murmur into her that she should, in fact, take care of that boy who was still searching for her in the shadows.

It is after her dark chuckle and her glance at the man outside the bar that Malek steps back, a bit reluctantly I might add. His hunger and desire waged a war inside of him, but, perhaps he could have both tonight. Sate that hunger and desire. Something he hadn't done in a rather long time. Her response sends a deadly smile scuttling across his lips as he steps away once more to watch her, those steel gray eyes roving her body for but a moment. Again, her voice draws his attention, such dark delight dancing upon those features as she replies that she refused to share as well. Then it was settled. Offering her a small shrug of his shoulders, he lets her pass, rather enjoying the way she saunters back into that light. Malek draws himself back for a moment, watching her approach the human, he lyrics echoing through the alleyway.

Only then does he leave the shadows, circling around to the other two men whose attentions are entirely on Petra. The man's comment that he can show the woman a good time almost has Malek snorting. This human had no idea what he had gotten himself into; at least it was exciting for the two vampires. He's distracted for a moment as Petra manages to lead him into the shadows, Malek's attention returning to the two men practically gawking at Petra as she disappears. The vampire can hear them debating if they want to join in on the fun, but they hardly have anytime to make their move as Malek seemingly appears behind them, a deadly smile so coating his lips as he narrows his eyes. Hands shoot for one man, quickly snapping his neck and before the other can realize what had happened, Malek is on him. His hand clamps down over the human's mouth, muffling the screams as he bites into that tender flesh.

He can't help that groan of pleasure to escape his lips as that blood so coats his tongue. It was delightful, wonderful, he would never give this up again. Yet, it was over all too soon. Disappointed he hadn't managed to make it last longer, he simply drops the body, his hunger far from being sated. He debates on eating the already dead man but he merely affords the dead a small shrug. Dead people never tasted as good. The guttural scream of the man that Petra whisked away draws his attention. Brows arching in delight, he casually steps over the bodies and makes his way to the shadows once more, easily finding the woman and her prey. Raising a brow in curiosity, he watches the man as he struggles against his restraints, those snakes slithering across his body, his screaming only muted by the creature that slips into his mouth.

If his saint side were to come out now, he might feel uncomfortable, horrified even at the scene before him. Petra moving forward to touch the man's cheek, whispering words into his ears and yet, Malek found nothing but pleasure so coursing through his body. What happens next is almost too fast for him to comprehend, those imaginary snakes biting into the man, his screams growing wild and before anything can be done, Petra rips out the man's throat before turning to him. There's disappointment written into her features, mirroring his own. He doesn't say anything, merely steps aside as she drags the body back into the club, the vampire trailing after her. Catching up to her, he stands next to the woman, his steel eyes glancing down at her, narrowed, "That wasn't very satisfying," he sighs before his gaze travels the roving of bodies. "Want to play a game?" he murmurs down to her, his grin broadening, "Why don't we see how many of these humans we can eat, hmm? Winner picks how we spend the rest of the night," he comments, entirely pleased with himself.

You're my whiskey. From time to time.
