East

The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

As new as the fae woman was, she was already beginning to find herself settling rather nicely. No, it certainly wasn't Bora Bora and it definitely wasn't Amsterdam, but it was different and that had been one of the few things she'd been desiring to find. There would always be a particular favoring with which she would hold in that her icy heart for such large and world-renowned cities. Of the many places she'd been in her rather long life, she'd found herself partial to no particular place, though she would be lying if she said that she didn't enjoy the isolation that she could find in in that tropical paradise she would always seem to find herself drawn to at one point or another. While she was hardly ever found in less traveled parts of a city, always seeming to be lingering towards those of high class and wealth considering that she herself had more money than she almost knew what to do with. Almost. As beautiful as the fae woman was, she was about as vain and shallow as they came, falling nothing short of a natural seductress that took immense pleasure in stealing hearts, using them until they had nothing left to give her, then tossing them in the metaphorical trash bin broken and bloodied. Kindness, commitment, devotion... These were words and qualities that she could certainly feign as naturally as it was for her to breathe, but they were so terribly far from genuine, nowhere to be seen within those glittering pale green eyes hooded beneath dark lashes and perfect eyeliner. Vitani could have been an actress in another life if she'd truly wanted to, and just maybe one of these days she might just take it up as a trivial little hobby of hers, but she was so much more inclined to simply allow for others to satisfy her needs and tend to those fickle whims and wants. Hence why it was that she'd decided to have Fredrick take her to a place she'd caught wind of when she'd paid a visit to that quaint little bar on the northern side of Sacrosanct.

While the eastern part of the city hardly held the same level of luxury or class, the fae woman wasn't going to be playing favorites. Not just yet, anyway. There was still so much that she didn't know about this little city that was still all too foreign to Vitani, she was always quick to remedy this mild dilemma wherever she migrated to. Yes, she had everything she could possibly want or need back in her large mansion in Acosta Heights, male companionship was one of those things that she found herself desiring every so often that would draw her from that luxurious dwelling and through those well-lit streets for halfway decent places that she might be able to make use of so that she might be able to exploit the more masculine sex into playing a little game or two with her. Beauty is as beauty does, or so the saying so often goes. She couldn't even begin to count all those hearts that she'd managed to steal with little to no effort, only to use them to the furthest extents that she deemed worth her while before she would simply toss them to the wayside when the time came that she grew rather bored of them. Perhaps it was her inability to care at all for those who were so unfortunate as to end up snared in that web of beauty and whatever part she happened to be playing at the time. She was a woman of many things, feigning any persona being perhaps her strongest of talents which matched that psychic immunity quite nicely she thought. Entirely invulnerable to any sort of mind games that other supernaturals might want to try and use to manipulate her, she was almost infamously known for wearing a poker face so few could see through. Ah, but there were always those gifted individuals that could call her bluff, not that it ever really discouraged her. There would always be a plentiful number of men that would be willing to play that little love game, some of them even looking for nothing more than what she wanted herself.

Hence why Vitani has Fredrick drive her to this place she'd heard brief mention of on her the day that she'd moved to Sacrosanct. She steps through that front door in a white form-fitting halter top dress, a slit snaking up to her mid-thigh, each effortless and confident stop revealing that slender leg, the clicking of white heels clicking on the worn hardwood flooring, pale jade eyes drinking in the décor and finding that this place named almost suitably so Red on the Water was much more appealing that it had been on the outside. A pleasant surprise for the fae woman who would have abruptly turned on those designer heels lacing up her ankles and walked out back to the Lincoln Contential limousine parked just outside had it been anything less than satisfactory. It certainly wasn't nearly as nice as The Voodoo Room, but that was to be expected considering this was just outside that part of the city where the wealthier individuals frequented, the shops here definitely lackluster in their extravagant displays and designer brand names. She was willing to take her chances though and give this quaint little pub a chance. Long near-white locks tumble elegantly over that low-cut dress as she moves towards the bar where there were a few empty seats, hardly giving a passing glance to the men whose heads were turned as their eyes trailed across her slender frame, smiling coyly to herself as she settles into that high seat, neatly crossing one leg over the other as she places her small purse on the outstretched bar. She is greeted then by the bartender, the woman a pretty little thing as she beamed a warm smile to the fae woman."Hello, miss. What would you like?", she queries warmly. Vitani easily feigns a small yet friendly smile in turn as dark lashes blink slowly over pale green depths."Your finest champagne will do just fine", she says casually in that honey-sweet voice to the woman who gives her a small nod before turning away to retrieve the drink the fae woman ordered. She turns her back to the bar now, hands coming to rest over her knee as she allows for her gaze to fall over unfamiliar faces and the... fitting décor of the bar she finds herself in today for a moment, but as quickly as she'd turned her attention to the murmuring people, the sound of that champagne glass touching on the wooden bar causes her to turn back around, giving another false smile to the woman before lifting that glass to her pale pink lips to steal a sip, setting it back on the bar as she allows for her gaze to linger on the various bottles of liquor. From here, it was all a matter of time before someone decided to approach the elegant fae woman, and half the interest for Vitani was seeing just who might be bold enough to.
