East

The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

My Own Form Of CHAOS

Tobias seems only more confused as the seconds tick by. He watches the vampire with clear puzzlement, not understanding why she laughs. he even tries to laugh like her but of course it sounds nothing like it and he cuts it off abruptly. I smirk a little, amused by the try. At her question, he only scowls. Must not like a question in answer to a question. I listen as he tells her that he's not allowed to drink alcohol and that she must keep it a secret. I chuckle under my breath. Who's he answering to? Must be that green eyed fellow from the masquerade ball I saw him following around. His alpha or whatnot? How odd that they don't think he can handle a little alcohol. Of course knowing how Tobias is, it probably makes sense that he doesn't need anything to make him act anymore odd than he already does.

He waits for her to say she'll keep his secret before he changes the subject, saying Tetra told him to say nice things about girls. My lips quirk into a grin, flashing white teeth as he says that she has nice ears. What a compliment. Meanwhile I grab the clothes from under the bar, all too aware that the clients are growing increasingly uncomfortable with a nude man in the pub. I throw the clothes on the table, seeing the look in his eyes and listening to the hiss in his throat. Of course I knew I'd have to throw a bribe in to get to Tobias so I bring up fish and steak and his demeanor changes abruptly as I thought it might. He snatches up the clothes and slips them on and I smirk in approval. He tells me he's going to be a vampire tonight and I raise a brow in amusement as he changes, making them almost like fangs though of course leopard fangs are a little different than vampire fangs. None the less, I get the idea.

He then says he wants his fish now. Of course he does. I turn to a waiter who's not doing anything at the moment, snapping my fingers.
"Get me a little of everything we have from the coast, please."

I turn to him with a smirk.

"I'll even give you options."

The female vampire offers to keep his secret for him meanwhile, something I'm sure he'll be relieved about. Her smile softens at his try for a compliment. She might not understand why he says it but at least she's willing to humor him. As I meet the girl's gaze, she smiles and I return it, sliding her the new glass with a knowing look. She raises the glass and takes a sip, her eyes never leaving my own. I raise a brow with interest, blue gray eyes twinkling. Then she asks for a meat pie, calling me Captain. I chuckle and snpa my fingers again, this time at a waitress.

"A fresh meat pie for the lady please."

Both staff members hop to it, the waiter already in the kitchen collecting different varieties of fish while the waitress goes to make sure a baker throws on a meat pie right now so it's hot and fresh. I put my hands on the table, leaning over to murmur silkily toward the girl.

"If there's anything else I can get you tonight, just name it. I'm Damon."

I look at Tobias, offering him a smirk.

"And you're always welcome, just wear clothes or no food."
