She listened as the conversation went on, glad that things seemed to be looking up. Henry was tense for a while there which left her unsettled but as time wore on, she could feel him relaxing a little and that gave her relief. He even leaned over to tell her the food would take a few more minutes cause they made it fresh, to which she poked out her bottom lip in a pout as she glanced toward the kitchen. "I could hunt my food and eat it faster than that." She mumbled under her breath, sure everyone at the table could hear. Luckily it wasn't long after that that the food decided to arrive and she all but salivated in her own mouth as the waitor put her plate down before her. "Yum." She murmured as she put the first bite to her mouth. It tasted like heaven.

She finished her plate in no time, watching the others eat theirs as well. She wrinkled her nose as she glanced at Frost's plate but only cause she knew he caught her. It was all in good fun. As they finished though, Nadya surprised her by ushering her outside with her, saying there was something she wanted to show her. Curious but wary, she slowly got up, her gaze moving to Henry protectively. What was Frost up to? She knew her alpha wouldn't hurt him but surely there was something he wanted to say to Henry that he didn't want her here for. What else could it be? She glanced in her alpha's direction, cautious but questioning. Finally she nodded with a small sigh and followed Nadya outside to the garden. It was beautiful but she was distracted, her gaze darting toward the doors where she knew Frost and Henry were talking. She wanted to know what it was about but at the same time, she respected her alpha.

She felt torn, her fingers playing with her hair and pulling at the dress, fidgeting restlessly. Her gaze swept back to Nadya as she took a seat on the bench before Malia went to join her. She listened as Nadya spoke of coming here for the flowers and the lights. She nodded and bit her lip. "Are you and Frost going to get married some day?" She didn't know why she asked it so randomly. Somehow, it was the first thing she thought of when Nadya mentioned wedding receptions and she desperately needed a distraction right now.
