In her mind she assumed that she was always meant to be left alone thinking it was best for herself and others that she remained reclusive. It was something her natural instincts could not tolerate, but being beaten and conditioned to act in such a way it only increased the inner turmoil she felt. After her accident with Alexis in the outskirts she noticed how the Fox-Girl would look at her with apprehension. It pained her each time she shifted and saw that look of fear in the smallish vixens' golden-blue hued eyes. However, that wasn't the only pain she had experienced with another Were. A week ago she had met Nadya and discovered her new ability to absorb other people's pain. She was being courteous to someone that seemed to hold some sort of abhorrence for her. Even if Nadya didn't mean to show such strong dislike, it was enough to make the scarred lupine feel worthless. Since meeting Tobi, she had grown used to him, accommodating to his needs in an easy manner. Part of that process was to follow his routine. Sleeping at his side, while rather not something she approved of, was something she had grown used to. It actually helped her in a small way. When Nadya spoke her displeasure at the idea of a canine sleeping beside her, it caused the curly-haired woman to believe she was rejected. Why she would offer Nadya continued kindness, one could not understand. Being abused and mistreated led the girl to believe that should she show another kindness then perhaps she could keep them from inflicting some sort of harm...sure it didn't work on her pack, but she was sure Nadya and Alexis wouldn't hurt her if she performed to their approval.

With the need to have approval, as the dress was pressed back towards her direction, she held it out away from her. Really she didn't want to try it on. But with Nadya staring at her in such an authoritative and slightly intimidating state it was hard for her to continue challenging her. Conditioned to follow rather than give orders, as what was once formerly her birthright, she would promptly turn around heading towards the dressing rooms. Growling softly she would enter an empty dressing room next to Alexis, overhearing their conversation as she ripped her clothes off and begrudgingly put herself in the blouse and skirt she was beginning to loathe. The white blouse clashed with her pale flesh, washing her out completely, the fabric felt itchy along her covered arms. The slit in the sleeves revealed some of the scars that covered her arms and she felt unsafe. Biting her pink lips she noticed that the white blouse was revealing some of her left hip and thigh, where there was a splash of dark and light colors evidence that she had some sort of tattoo. Slipping the brown skirt on a scowl crept on her mutilated face as she turned around in the mirror seeing all sides. The fabric felt too itchy and caused her to feel far too hot, her cheeks burning. As Alexis and Nadya spoke up, her own voice murmured as she pulled some of her golden-brown curls from her eyes as she continued to stare at herself in the mirror.

"You won't look worse than me."

Nadya tried, but clearly this particular outfit was not for her, perhaps she could try again. She was already capable of trusting Alexis and Tobi in some small way, perhaps if given the chance she could try with Nadya.
