It was all too easy for the were-feline to so note the fashion in which the female in front of him seemed to so fluster at the mention of any such enjoyment he took from his human life. There were some whom he had met within his day that held similar beliefs to the woman in front of him. There were some who enjoyed their time as their animal side better than the mortal world filled with it's nonsensical problems of money and careers. They were, however, more often kept as pets than running wildly in the hillsides. Regardless, such notions of denying her human side so vehemently puzzled him, perhaps only due to his own history. For a majority of his life he was forced to be the four-legged predator, denied the right to his other half even though he knew well of it's existence and the shift that was required. Now he lavished in the simple idea that he could be what he want when he wanted and, in turn, enjoy the comforts both worlds had to offer him. It was the notion of coldness, however that saw the feline pause, his head tilting to the side.

"I suppose." He responded after a moment, it was no secret within the Ark his hatred for the cold, his body so easily affected by it. "But my kind are not meant for the cold either way. I do not have the thick or long fur your species carries. I was meant to survive in the warmth, in savannahs and deserts and tropical rainforests. Here, I find no comfort in the cold as beast. At least my mortal skin can gain some warmth. It would, after all, look entirely silly for one of our kind to step out wearing a jacket, would it not? Have you seen those dogs with them? They look altogether ridiculous." Oh yes, the labradores and chihuahuas had not been entirely ignored by Tetradore, though he found their little booties and sweaters to be the bane of his existence. His pride, perhaps, was too great for that.

However, his mention of flowers were, perhaps, entirely missing the mark for the woman, the coyote growing altogether agitated at the sheer suggestion that such beauty deserved such preservation. A soft sigh left the were's lips, his emerald eyes turned away from her as his head shook side to side ever so slightly. It was true, he might have thought more like a mortal man this the solitary focus of fulfilling those animal needs, and yet, he had never truly ever been given the opportunity to be a true beast. He, in turn, equally as failed to see the appeal in her world just as she did his and perhaps, for the first time, Tetradore was given to wonder why either creature seemed to bother with one another. No - maybe he was looking at this all wrong, maybe he was looking at her all wrong. Her question, however, pulled Tetradore's attention from such thoughts and yet, for a moment, he was entirely silent.

"Do you...do you not feel the pull of the moon?" He inquired softly, a hint of uncertain inquisitiveness to his voice. He could, of course, coax it from her the same way he had his sister's children but without the connection of the pack bond, Tetradore was perhaps hesitant to even try. He highly doubted she would understand the need for such a connection to her. No, she was far too dominant to submit purely for curiosity sake. "Take me with you." His voice rang out suddenly in the darkness, the ebony feline's gaze steady upon her as his own inquisitiveness, his own desire to understand her, brought the man out of his comfort zone.
