South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

Nadya Tetradore

"Yes." Nadya nodded in confirmation to Scarlett's clarification. There were some things about Were breeding that she didn't know or simply assumed but for the most part she knew enough to help on at least that clarification. She watched quizzically as the wolf's form army crawled along the earth over to the goat. Honestly it was strange now, after so being around so many strong-minded individuals, to see such submissive behavior. She didn't comment on it, not wanting Scarlett to think she was making fun of her. It was at least a logical thing to do if you were unsure about the Were you were approaching. The panther remained still as she watched Scarlett eat, picking along what Nadya would usually discard or would only be cooked up for Tobias.

She listened patiently while Scarlett divulged her past and did the mental calculations that allowed the knowledge of the girl's age being only just slightly less than her own. They fell within the same age bracket but life had taken them down so very different paths. "My old pack had a few Bitten's in it. I've seen the first few moons. It does make it less painful when you are part of a pack where the Alpha can help the shift." Just one of the perks of being in a pack was the aid that the Alpha could give over its pack, whether Bitten or the young natural born, it made the entire introductory experience into the Were world so much better. Nadya couldn't help but begin to question the world as the majority of those she had come across all had difficult pasts. Comparatively she had had a picture perfect childhood. Her parents had been killed but she had been just barely 5 and taken in by the allied pack Alphas and raised as their own so considered them her parents just the same. Although difficulties had befallen her pack at times, she had always been surrounded by love and support; nothing had ever happened to her to create any sense of unsurety in herself.

Once Scarlett seemed content with her fill of the goat and moved away, Nadya took her cue and rose once more. "I'm not hungry. Here, come with me, I'll show you the burlesque so you know where it is." Her paws picked carefully over the earth to glide by Scarlett with her tail held high in order to lead the wolf to her new job. Nadya's steps did falter however when questioned about Frost. Why did everyone seem to be asking her about him? Seemed he was becoming a busy man indeed. Nadya was always at a loss of what to say when it came to that topic, having to always carefully choose her words. "Yes." Her response was short and concise at first as she led Scarlett, her attention kept on the path in front of them. Cautiously she began to offer more, "Frost is the Alpha of the Chimera pack. He is my brother's rival." Carefully chosen did she speak, in a roundabout way acknowledging the rivalry but also leaving it as one that was centered about her brother. "If you are wanting to join a pack then know, if you join Frost then you can't go near my brother's and if you join my brother's you can't go near Frost's." Not unless she wanted to be harassed, injured, or start a turf war which had nearly happened before. Golden eyes glanced back at the wolf, "If you run into Frost, just tell him you're with me." Nadya wasn't above using her sway over the stallion to protect the ones she wanted, laying claim over them to save them from whatever harsh mask he may present. Knowing who he decided to break and who he decided to spare was something even Nadya couldn't discern but the last thing she wanted was for her new waitress to get battered up. Even though the feline offered up this tidbit of information, this trick, she didn't elaborate on why it would make a difference.
