South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

The University of Sacrosanct

i'm not ashamed of my scars, i'm ashamed of the world for not understanding.

It concerned her to no end that her feralness might have in some form or fashion helped shape the name in which she bore. Although perhaps Clocksworth wasn't so terrifying, but it was her Mother's maiden name Talbot that had her worried. Why was it that none of the other wolves held the terrible trait? They all were a part of the original pack, surely there were others within the bloodline that transferred the feral trait over and over again, but why did it have to settle on her and her alone? All her troubled thoughts continued to slide into her find, twisting and turning, as her anxiety over the situation only grew. Her mind immediately ceased its thought process. She could feel his warm hands brush and be placed gently above her own. She grows still for a moment, blue-grey eyes widening and she couldn't help but flinch slightly. Touch was such a, well, touchy issue to her. Quickly her eyes briefly scanned to see her mate, knowing so well that he would be extremely displeased to see a male touching her, especially now that their relationship went up another step. With Tobias still preoccupied with the children playing around, she turned her attention back on the fae.

Quietly she listened to his soft voice as it tumbled out gently in a narrative fashion. It was not surprising at all that the rich obtained a jungle cat from far away, the creature reminding Raven about Tetradore. She watches a flicker of a smile cross his face, as she allowed him to have a moment to enjoy walking down memory lane. As he described the exotic cat, she couldn't help, but frown a bit. She could recall when she was just a pup everything was fine. She received the love any child should get from their parents, especially a daughter of the Alpha. She was to be important and yet all of that was taken away in a blink of an eye. She was still a pup, but a little bit older when she...lost it. Raven had no idea why Dorian would say that she is supposed to be just as she is. What good does this feral trait have? Was it a mechanism that helped her stay alive through the abuse, perhaps, and yet she wasn't being abused before it came. That the fae thought her to be good was a very kind thing to say, and although she appreciated it, she was still quite sadden. She accepted she was feral, but she didn't wish to embrace it. It was the talk of hunting and his explanation that caused her to frown slightly with concern.

"Dorian, you must be extremely careful with your word choices around Were creatures. You don't want to offend our kind, okay? Thank you very much for the offer of the hunt, but how would I be hunting with you? If you are implying that I will be in my other form, it is a bit degrading, I'll do it, but you must not treat me like an animal, all right?"

Dorian would need to continue to be extremely careful with what he says around Weres. Dorian may not mean to offend or displease, but she was greatly concerned that he didn't seem to take into account what she said. He may want her to hunt with him, but she did not know how to use weapons other than the primal ones. To hunt with him, as a wolf, even if she wasn't a pet, was still troubling and slightly offending. It was one thing if her witch, Serafina, requested her assistance in finding the correct herbs and plant life for her potions. It was something she could do as human or lupine. As she turned the topic to family heirloom she can't help, but be a bit disappointed. She was hoping to get more answers, it would be nice to know at least. With a polite nod she gives him a small smile.

"I wish you knew more about it, I am concerned. It's been within my family for generations and there is another Were that is eager to take it from me. Clearly it must be worth something. Only the Alphas can have it, and I know my mate is not an Alpha, but I think he deserves it, I know I don't. One thing gets me though didn't you mention my name was French, why would my family carry something that was Nordic?"
