South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

i'm not ashamed of my scars, i'm ashamed of the world for not understanding.

There are times when Raven wished that she could not remember the horrors of her past. Perhaps then there would be a little bit of confidence within her. She would no longer fear being amongst others or assume that they would harm her one day. When she slept she would no longer experience the nightmares that came to her when Tobias was not lying beside her in their shared hammock. Where Malia finds frustration in not remembering the traumatic experience that made her forget she was part human, Raven was sadden that she could not have that same cursed fate. Whatever the reason, they would not be able to discover just what it was in Malia's life that would make her forget her other half. As the conversation turns to her coyote pack the lupine cannot help but release a very soft sigh. She was an honest creature and she knew that her soft words would sound far too harsh. However, telling the truth did come with pain sometimes.

"As nature demands it. You are a great asset to them, you think differently, but with your absence they may not be as successful as they are now with you. Let Mother Nature take her course, those that live will do so and those that die shall do so as well."

Blue-grey eyes held a sympatric gaze the woman assured that she had just brought more trouble to the coyote, even though she didn't mean to. However, Raven was here to help in any way she could. However, she could not leave her pack and wander after the coyote. She would slowly rise to her grey paws, her grey dragon-marked banner swayed easily behind her, as her ebony dial turned to look at her. Although her voice was gentle it still held a firm and final tone in it. She was getting ready to leave the coyote and head home back to the Ark, where she belonged, but not without a kind offer.

"I understand that it is hard to leave one world and go to another, but you are a Were-creature like me. You are a human and a coyote. If you wish to live amongst your own kind then you can come with me now to see my Alpha. If you aren't ready to leave your pack then you know where to find me."
