South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

South

"You look beautiful," Edie assured the other fox as she admired herself in the mirror. She tried to give her a moment to admire herself within the full length mirror. The gasp that escaped Alexis only made Edie grin. "See, I told you. You're going to make heads turn." She said happily before she moved to get herself a jacket and shoes. Walking in heels was natural for the young Were, and yet she hadn't considered that the other girl might not be as familiar with the shoes. Still, she couldn't help the giggle that escaped her lips as she watched Alexis wobble to her feet. "You'll get used to them. Walk on your toes. They make your legs look amazing." She assured her, pulling her quickly out of the room and towards the stairs. Edie herself walked down those stairs with as much grace as though she was barefoot, and only once she was downstairs did she turn to look at the wobbling woman. "It's going to be okay. You'll get used to it."

Pulling her into the taxi, Edie considered the woman's words. "Dangerous?" She asked once they were settled and the car was in motion. "I think they're exciting. How fast you can go..." She smiled warmly. She was oblivious to the girl's fear, never once considering that she hadn't been in one. Plenty of people - Weres especially - tended to find cars intimidating. She could, however, tell that Alexis was nervous, though she wrongly assumed it was due to the club that they would soon be entering. Asking about boys was meant to get her to open up, and she was pleased when Alexis did just that. The smile that spread on her features seemed to light her up immediately. "You're thinking of someone specific." She commented, as though it was entirely obvious. "Do you want to tell me about him? Are you two official, or just a crush?"

When Edie was asked about her own taste in boys, the girl couldn't contain the smile as she thought about Kato. "Strong, brave." She said with a grin. "My boyfriend... Kato... he's always so selfless when it comes to me. He's saved me several times. He's so patient with me - I can be a handful, as you imagine. He's just..." She let out a happy sigh as the taxi came to a halt. "You'll have to meet him. I really think you'll love him. He's pretty amazing." She paid off the taxi and moved them into the club. She was entirely at ease within the crowd, though she knew that her companion was not. Truly, she'd considered that alcohol would be the best way to get the girl onto the dance floor even before she asked, though she was relieved when Alexis seemed to have the same idea as she did. She took the woman's hand again and pulled her to the bar, pushing her way to the front of the line. She ordered two cocktails for them, handing over her card to pay for it.

She turned then, shoving the fruity drink into Alexis' with a big smile on her features. "I'm partial to tequila myself, but I figured you'd like something less strong. Go ahead, try it. What do you think?"
