South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

Dorian AragonaHis Royal Highness

It is a difficult thing to so attempt to perceive just what was occurring around him, his thoughts scattered in this struggle to understand and yet so little of it made any sense to the man. His very body felt tired, drained even, his eyes shut against that glow that seemed to emit from anything and everything around him. How might he turn it off? What was it? His head shook slightly in an effort to clear it and yet that tiredness pressed upon him still, the man voicing as such to his lupin companion. Perhaps he simply was just tired, after all he had all but given up adventuring out during the day unless he held some pressing business or want. He should be asleep, his body overtaxed perhaps, this power- whatever it was- only further seeming to drain him and in turn was surely malfunctioning in some fashion. Yes, that had to be it, his thoughts offered absentmindedly to the wolf as if attempting to explain such notion out loud might afford them credibility, her query upon his nocturnal status seeming to draw his thoughts away from his own worries if only for a moment. Diurnal was not a term he knew and yet from the manner in which it was used he had well deduced it so invited comment upon his sleeping habits, his head shaking softly in response.

"My consort is a vampire, as such we live mostly by his schedule."

It was perhaps a decidedly easy explanation of his words, Dorian having merely found it easier to conform to Sebastian's needs in this, after all, the vampire hardly avoided the sun for any perceived inconvenience. His consorts body was entirely incapable of being within it less the man implode into flames or some such nonsense- Dorian had thusly simply learned to take his own sleep during the day on most occasions. The evening shifts Samantha worked so often assuring on those days in which he was within his own home the both of them were often inclined to sleep and as such found their own pattern by which to live. Even if it so rarely involved the daylight. His eyes close once more against that glow, his fingers brushing against the wolfs fur in an absentminded gesture, the Monarch assured he needed but a moment to gather himself before he headed back, the wolfs murmured words only half heard as the Fae King so considered how much of this he would share with either Sebastian or Samantha.

"Hmm? No, I don't feel terribly well either."

He responded softly, the man oblivious to the effect his touch was holding on the canine until she stumbled away from him, one silver eye opening if only to see just where she as going before she abruptly collapsed, both eyes of the King opening now in surprise as he hurried towards her- his own confusion forgotten in the wake of the wolfs sudden collapse. One hand automatically extended to the Were, as if he sought to wake her perhaps, Dorian hurriedly withdrawing it however as he form seemed to grow dangerously still, his own features paling. Was she....Had he....?

"Raven? Raven?!"

The lack of movement from the wolf only further seemed to prompt his worry, Dorian reluctant to touch her again lest he was somehow the cause of this, one hand reaching to run though his hair in distress, the man searching for signs of anyone else around them. Surely...surely he hadn't killed her? God what would he do if he had? How would he speak to her husband? What would he say? He would have to compensate her family for the rest of their lives for this atrocity of which he was the cause! It is desperation that sees him reach for her at last, one hand resting on her dark shoulder, the King shaking her softly, his power so rapidly forcing life back into her though he hardly knew it. Dorian replacing everything he had so taken in that moment, that glow that seemed to surround them both hardly his concern here and now.

"I really require you to please wake up...."
