South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

The University of Sacrosanct

Sterling could hardly deny the grin that danced across his features at the discussion of how utterly pathetically poor his companion was willing to pretend to be for his sake alone. The concept of them playing house in a plastic children's toy was enough to cause a soft chuckle to leave his lips. "At least it'll sort of keep us dry?" He commented, clearly wholly amused by the notion all the same. He knew well that with Henry at his side, he'd be well taken care of. Henry had the means to ensure that they were not left wanting in any fashion and, truly, Sterling tried his best not to take advantage of it. He might have been piss poor with little to his name and a job that paid only a few dollars over minimum wage but he was wholly determined to make his own dreams come true and, in turn, pay his own bills as much as he possibly could. One day he would make it up to Henry, one day he would ensure that his lover was too able to have everything he wanted but, for now, he was simply happy with what they had. For now, he was happy to just make do.

Still, his gaze shifted to his companion as the discussion of rain brought with it thoughts that the pair themselves could hardly deny having - the simple fact that the pair entirely appreciated the sight of each other caught in the rain with damp clothing sticking to the refined curves of their bodies. What Sterling hadn't expected, was the way he in why Henry's cheeks turned a very intense color. "Henry, I might not be fucking you right now but, that doesn't change the fact that I think you're utterly breathtaking." He leaned forward to press his lips gingerly against Henry's cheek, entirely happy to reassure his lover that this celibacy was just as difficult for him as it was for his lover. His hand found Henry's own, the man all too aware of the squeeze of his lover's fingers around his. A soft laugh left his lips at Henry's admittance that he would need time to himself after whatever it was that Henry had wanted to show him. "Well, you know, we could always start easing into things you know?" He commented softly, a small twitch of his lips. He could hardly deny he didn't miss Henry's touch. He missed feeling Henry's lips on his skin, their bodies against each other. He missed it all - he just....wanted them to be more then just that this time.

Regardless, he remained at Henry's side as the man scooped up the picnic basket, Sterling entirely content to cling to his lover as they made their way further south. Sterling hadn't the faintest idea of where they were going and yet, it hardly bothered him in the least. He was happy to just spend what time he could with his lover. His own gaze shifted upwards at the sound of the thunder above, a small frown crossing his lips at the sound but he hardly faltered as Henry began to slow his pace. Rather, his attention shifted immediately towards the small sign they stood in front of, his gaze immediately brightening at the prospect of exactly what awaited him. His head shook immediately as he stepped forward, fully intending to drag Henry inside. "I didn't even know this existed!" He commented, clearly quite excited for what the immediate future held. Sterling was entirely pleased to lead his lover throughout the garden, stopping to eye several plants with a glimpse of curiosity. The things that grew here were utterly breathtaking and yet, entirely foreign to him. It was only when they had gotten halfway through the gardens that the sky opened up on them, the clouds literally pouring their contents on the pair. Sterling ducked his head ever so slightly, his gaze immediately turning towards his lover with a grin nestled on his features. Well - he had forewarned him it was going to rain.
