South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

i'm not ashamed of my scars, i'm ashamed of the world for not understanding.

It does not go unnoticed how wary and unsettled her friend was. Yet she could not slow down her speed or change her mind on the inevitable collision. Raven knew Regan would not harm her, she knew deep down, and so she trusted the feline. Eagerly she quickens her pace and as she collides into the tiger a soft whimper is released. It is a happy sound, no trace of sadness at all. She was delighted to have her friend back. As the lupine showered her affection upon the onyx tiger, she felt the woman's head rub into her. For a moment she allowed herself to back away, knowing full well that the others needed to make their approach. It was important, for felines and pack, that scents be shared. She waits patiently, her tail swinging side to side uncontrollably. While she waits for her turn once more, she leans into her mate's side as he comes to slide his form up against her own. He is possessive by nature and it is no shock when he decides his scent must be placed back on her, to let everyone know, just who she belonged to. Slowly she nuzzles her Alpha gently, a silence and physical way of saying her thanks, that he would allow Regan back into their pack. Gently does she nuzzle her friend once more, her voice gently slipping into her mind.

"It is good to have you back Regan, but why did you leave? Did we do something wrong? Where did you go?"

It was natural for Raven to be curious. When Regan left she did not leave a note nor tell anyone that she was going to leave for a long time. It pained her when she could no longer find her friend anywhere within the city. No one knew and so she had to grow accustomed to this absence in her life. Yet there was no need to be sad at this time. It dawned upon her that she realized she asked such intrusive questions, questions that she knew after spending time with Regan was best not to ask. Regan kept to herself and she respected her space, but this time, accidentally overstepped. Apologetically her grey-tipped ears dropped against her skull, her ebony dial lowering slightly, ashamed for asking things that were far too personal. Quickly she attempted to fix things as best as she could, her eyes turning to everyone as she spoke.

"I'm sorry, I overstepped. We were playing earlier, but we're happy to have you back. Tetra we should celebrate."
