South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

years I've walked in the coldest winds
from sorrow and pain I find my strength
the more I hurt, the clearer I see.

Tetradore gave little further thought to the topic after he placed that jacket upon the young woman's shoulders. He had, in turn, expected nary a comment from her lips, the man's eyebrows instead raising ever so slightly as Vhalla paused, turning to glance at him before declaring that she found him rather strange. The were creature had been called a plethora of things over the years, most of which insults hissed behind gritted teeth from the trauma he'd so effortlessly produced in his prey, but he'd never before been dubbed 'strange'. It was by far the most tame observation that had ever been afforded to him and yet, he did little more than provide her a small shrug. Those stiffly uttered words of thanks were regarded with some measure of consideration before Tetradore merely nodded, offering a rather quiet, "Mmhm." Tetradore was hardly one to make a big fuss over gratitude and, in return, it seemed as if the spirited assassin was equally as indifferent towards displaying such. It was an unlikely match perhaps in that regard alone. His gaze fluttered towards her back as she pulled the man's jacket closer, so clearly relishing in what little warmth it gave her petite form. That tight fitting ebony suit certainly was...attractive but the damn thing hardly seemed practical in this weather.

His head shook slightly from side to side and yet, Tetradore hardly voiced any other word on the topic, instead following her as she led towards the nearest jacket store, inquiring as to whether or not it would do. He readily agreed, hardly wishing to spend any great length of time simply searching for a jacket. It was far too easy to make his way towards the corner of the store that held any article of clothing that looked remotely like the one he had lost and yet, the prospect of this whole choosing prospect somehow seemed....challenging. The man was oblivious, in those moments, of her gaze upon him, even as he studied the plethora of jackets in front of him, entirely unsure of where to even begin. Tetradore's emerald eyes turned with some trace of utter helplessness towards the young woman at his side. She seemed to notice that singular look, much less the meaning behind it and, before he knew it, a small simper seemed to spread across those usually agitated features. It was unexpected, truly. The girl was altogether lovely when the sour demeanor gave way to something pleasant. "Not at all." He uttered slightly, his own features shifting to return that small simper he was offered and yet, even as she moved in a predatory fashion towards that clothing rack, Tetradore's gaze remained all the more focused upon her rather than the quest for his newfound coat.

The slender figure brushed tenderly against the chiseled planes of his chest as she scooted closer towards the rack, that scent that was all too distinctly her filled his nose and yet, Tetradore was far more attentive to the woman and her figure then the jackets she plucked from that veritable ocean. That soft sound of her voice humming was, perhaps, the only thing that made his gaze flicker, his eyebrows furrowing ever so slightly. That moment, entirely sweet and soft, however, was quickly dashed as she turned back to him, shoving that jacket up against his chest in a fashion that made the man glance down at it. It was quite clear to see it would hardly fit him, made for someone far more lanky and much less muscular than him. It was, perhaps, a good fit for his best friend and yet, he was hardly the only one to notice such a thing before those jackets were shoved back to where they'd come from. Tetradore trailed after Vhalla as she moved to another rack, this one far more suitable for him and, far faster than he'd anticipated, the girl had picked out three she found acceptable, nearly shoving them in front of him whilst pulling that damaged jacket from his arms.

That nearly sassy tone returned with a vengeance, causing the man to sigh softly as he stepped closer towards her. "Vhalla..." He uttered softly, his forefinger hooking beneath her chin to raise her blue colored eyes upwards towards that vibrant green of his own. "You should smile more often." He uttered, his thumb running ever so gingerly across the girl's bottom lip. "It makes you far more breathtaking than that snippiness." He was, perhaps, admitting that he found the woman attractive within those moments she wasn't ragging on him or grumpy with him and yet, the man had an inkling she would hardly take such a compliment well. Instead, he reached for that first jacket, falling silent once again as he shrugged it over his shoulders, eying his figure and that first jacket, turning it this way and that before depositing it for the second. The ritual continued for the next two before Tetradore finally offered a small nod of acceptance. That brown jacket's fur lining certainly served to keep the man warm, that alone would have been entirely satisfactory and yet, even he knew well enough that it fit his frame quite nicely. "I think....this one..." He uttered softly, eying his reflection in the mirror for a moment longer before his gaze turned towards her, almost as if he was seeking her approval on this one thing as well.
