South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

A glimpse of confusion crossed the warlock's features as Henry's hand so abruptly broke away from his own. The action was so peculiar that Sterling's bright blue eyes slowly fell towards his now empty fingers, only to glance up at the man at his side. It was hardly difficult to see that something had caught his attention, only for those words to suddenly be interrupted by the presence of another. It hardly was difficult for the man to deduce the pair knew each other, much less what she was and yet, for the present moment, Sterling had little reason to be anything but polite. He could quite near see that tenseness upon his boyfriend's frame. After all that time had passed after all, he had become distinctly familiar with those subtle tells Henry provided him. He could hardly help that glimpse of curiosity as the man ever so gently probed at that relationship between the two individuals.

That tale he was given, however, brought a clear glimpse of unexpected surprise upon his features. "Oh." Sterling uttered, his gaze shifted towards the woman, entirely aware of exactly what Henry was referring to. Life as an animal....how interesting. "That must have been quite the surprise for you." Sterling responded wholly good-natured, his bright blue eyes entirely focused upon the woman before him. Really, it was rather good to hear that his boyfriend was fitting in with that were-community. It was good for him. Animals tended to thrive together, and perhaps Henry needed that as much as Malia apparently needed the assistance getting comfortable in the human world. God, he could only imagine just how....confusion that all must have been for her. He watched as Henry admitted he had been attempting to teach the woman and yet, that snicker she provided in return only made Sterling feel as if there was some distinct joke there between the two that he simply wasn't privy too. He hated that feeling, of being left out, and yet Sterling tried to remind himself that it was good for Henry to have friends. It was good that he was accepting that were half of him. All of it, really, was good!

"I imagine he is." Sterling responded, with a small glimpse of pride in his boyfriend, those bright blue eyes briefly turned towards his boyfriend. It was only natural, the man's efforts to keep that conversation going as he inquired, innocently enough, if the pair happened to be in the same pack. It was surprising, really, to discover that the pair had made fast friends even outside of those pack bonds. Henry must truly be getting accustomed to that supernatural world. That sudden mention of meeting Henry's pack, however, took Sterling back. He hadn't anticipated ever receiving such an invitation. It was far more involvement in his boyfriend's life than he thought he would be given. That sudden suggestion that it was a good idea caused his gaze to slowly turn towards the woman before him, only for Malia to offer him a warning about...well, someone. "Tetradore? Interesting name...I'll keep that in mind. Thanks, Malia." Maybe this Malia girl wasn't so bad after all, at the very least, he kind of enjoyed just how friendly she was.
