South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

I can't help this awful energy
Goddamn right, you should be scared of me

It was a habit for the were-King, to keep those feelings and thoughts tucked extremely close to him. It had been a difficult lesson to learn within his youth, how those very emotions might be so utilized against him and yet, it had served it's purpose, prompting the man to regard the world with a certain facade of stoic indifference. That very mask so easily slid into place at that simple consideration of just how close Henry and Malia had clearly gotten, particularly to be bathing together. He could only imagine where things had gone from there. That sudden declaration that he should 'loosen up' caused his emerald eyes to rise upwards towards his own Vector, much less Henry's assurance that nothing had happened. Uh huh, like he believed that. That smirk upon Malia's lips informed him well enough that things between the pair was hardly as it was. Her sudden declaration that neither of them had anything of interest to the feline was....rather peculiar. Did she...think he was asexual? Hm. A small shrug crossed the Alpha's shoulders and yet those words were little more then a rumble in the back of his throat. "What you two choose to do is not my business." He retorted, seeing little reason to chastise them, regardless of his knowledge of Henry's boyfriend. Who his vector chose to sleep with was not his priority, as long as it didn't include his sibling.

He watched in silence as Henry turned his attention towards that tree, the feline clearly attempting to climb it with outstretched claws. At the very least, that instruction the past hour had paid off some. He was certainly doing far better than when they first started. That sudden inquiry of learning how to climb from the coyote beside him prompted a soft snort from his own nose as that rich sound of Henry's laughter caused his ears to twitch. As much offense as Malia took, he knew all too well that the man was right. Her body simply wasn't made for tree climbing. Still, the idea of it was nothing short of humorous. "I'd like to see a treed coyote." The man responded with a soft chuckle. His emerald eyes turned towards the woman beside him as she so impishly suggested that, perhaps, he would be capable of 'doing better'. Tetradore couldn't help the way in which he rolled his eyes, the man shook his head ever so slightly. "I'm afraid I'd be no help to you either." He responded, willing to admit that even he was incapable of working magic....other than perhaps teleporting her up the tree. That was an idea.

Even so he was well aware that Henry's weakness was coming down the trunk of that tree. It was that very knowledge which so prompted the man to suggest that act to his Vector, and, in return, Tetradore was hardly surprised of that glare he was given. That grumble hardly caused the feline to flinch, instead his emerald eyes remained steadfast upon Henry as the man attempted to dismount - with far less grace than even Tetradore wanted to see. Still, the were King appreciated Malia's cheering, Henry certain needed it. A small glimpse of curiosity crossed Tetradore's features at the young man's sudden shift in demeanor. It seemed his Vector had had enough climbing for one night. Slowly, Tetradore's head bobbed as he rose to his feet, at least until that whimper crossed Malia's lips. His tail flicked ever so slightly and, gingerly, Tetradore's head bumped against Malia's shoulder. "Don't act like you won't see us again." He offered in a small sort of reassurance. "Besides, you should head home too, Malia. I think you could use some time with your pack....where you belong." She surely needed to be reminded that she had found a home of her own now, even if those coyotes were no longer apart of it. Surely, some time with her own pack might help to further ease that sadness of leaving that life she'd had for so long. That pack bond, after all, meant far much to their kind then they often let on.
