South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

South

Throughout his long life, Alexander had seen his kind come and go, their lives flickering in and out like a flame. He had seen those who'd killed mercilessly and those who killed with a purpose. In the end, it hardly made a difference to him. Then again, he'd hardly met any other hunters that were content to settle on a booth after a long day and drink a cup of tea either. It was as if their entire existence had become what they were...and frankly he rather pitied them. The sound of her feminine voice reached his ears, causing him to offer the woman a smallest of nods in her general direction, as if to say he understood and respected her choice. His eyebrow rose ever so slightly as her hazel gaze wanders over his form, noting the almost imperceptible look of discontent that crossed her fair features. Apparently, he'd failed to live up to whatever standards she held. It was enough to cause the Macedonian man to turn, willing to leave the girl and her bloody figure behind him to continue on whatever her after killing ritual might be. Her invitation caused the man to pause, his figure turning back towards her as he watched her fingers lace through the locks in her hair.

There was a soft sigh on his lips as he stepped into the river, his leather shoes thankfully keeping his feet dry as he crossed the small bubbling brook, and in the end, settling beside the young woman at the bank where she'd indicated. It had been a while since he'd seen fit to associate with his own kind and even now he couldn't help but to feel awkward at her side. Alexander hardly hesitated to reach out, fitting his hand firmly within hers regardless of the stain that pigmented her skin. He was unconcerned of blood that caked her frame, having spent a majority of his life surrounded by fighting, blood, and gore. It no longer phased him. "Alexander." He replied simply, falling silently as she continued to speak. He know he should have provided some witty comment to help break the ice but he had nothing to say, especially considering his own lack of hunting as of late. "No. I suppose it isn't." He commented simply, showing no real interest in the kill she had made. This was exactly why he had no friends within his own race - the act had lost it's appeal. What he was made for had lost it's appeal. Despite this disinterest, his thoughts remained equally as placid as his facade, every portion of the man still and tranquil as the surface of pool of water.

"Now what will you do?" He inquired softly after a moment of silence. He was more the willing to reserve his thoughts on who she chose to kill and when she chose to kill but he couldn't help but to wonder if she'd been kind enough to give it's body the rights it surely deserved. There were somethings that even Alexander still found sacred and funeral rites was one of them. It was the greatest insult to deny someone such things, something he'd done only on the rarest of occasions.
