South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

The aromatics of that hot beverage was nothing short of wondrous as Alexander leaned against the countertop of that suite. The simple scent of that coffee brought a level of contentment within the Dark Hunter, at least, until he discovered the white cardboard box filled to the brim with those Greek pastries. That delicate pastry with its levels of buttery cheese and egg was nothing short of perfection - the very embodiment of all he had missed of those Balkan countries. A soft sound of contentment left the Macedonian King's lips as he basked in the glory of that morning home. Though the King had crossed the world dozens of times over. It was always here that his heart belonged. It was the soft pitter-patter of bare feet that drew Alexander's gaze from the nearest window. Those blue-green eyes settled upon the petite figure of his adoptive daughter, the man altogether aware of the more casual dress she chose today. It was fitting, considering both their 'vacation' of sorts and Alexander's own intentions for what their day might consist of. For today, the pair would surely need to fit in with the tourists that invaded his childhood home on a daily basis.

"Good morning, Anastasia." He uttered, that Greek accent all the more notable now that he was surrounded by that familiar tongue. He turned slightly, reaching for that second mug only to pour the girl that dark mahogany liquid. He placed that cup of coffee before her, only to gesture lightly at the small fridge beneath the counter. "There is creamer." He informed her as her attention turned towards the very same cardboard box that had so enticed the elder man himself. That Russian caused his gaze to shift towards those very pastries as she opened that lid, plucking one from the small, warm, steaming pile of delectables. "Tiropita," Alexander informed her, making no effort to explain the contents of it as she eyed it with such suspicion. Rather, he watched with a glimpse of bemusement as she so wearily nibbled upon the edge of that flaky crust. That comparison to her own Russian heritage prompted a small nod of agreement from the Dark Hunter. It was indeed similar and equally as delicious, he was sure. The Dark Hunter placed the last bit of his own cheesy pastry within his mouth, only to lick his fingers in a decidedly unroyal fashion. Some flavors required indulging in those last few tastes.

It was the saccharine sweet melody to the Duchess' tones that drew his blue-green eyes towards her, that mention of the statue within the lobby prompted a tug at the corner of his lips. He watched as those pastries were slid across the counter towards him, the very mention of his ego, however, prompted a rare, warm chuckle from the King's lips. "Ah, moya doch', I might require the whole box then. That statue is merely the first of many you will see today." His presence within Greece was still as strong now as it had been during his mortal life. Those statues were plentiful and his name too was utilized frequently. He might have been 'dead' to the public for millennials but that Greek pride of all he accomplished still lived on.
