South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

The scarred lupine was not one that enjoyed being touched. To her, being touched meant only she would be feeling pain. Whenever anyone in her pack touched her it was with cruel and malice intentions. Feeling his calloused hands along the back of her head and muzzle caused the girl to flinch profusely. Each time his fingers moved into another area, although he was gentle, she was sure he would do something to hurt her. Her neck would move side to side making it much more difficult for him to try and get the leather muzzle undone. Yes, she was aware that she wasn't making this easy for him, but all she could think about was getting far away from any form of danger. Sadly enough, with his close proximity, being a male, and his species a vampire, made Aaron the perfect type of individual she needed to get away from. As she felt the muzzle loosen her head would turn to the side allowing him to pull the damned thing off her. As soon as his hands were away from her muzzle, her jaw would part open enjoying the freeing feeling. Yet that good feeling would disappear as soon as the shouts and hollers of the other males could be heard. Feeling his hands once more roam her sides, she flinched not wishing to be touched in such a way as she felt his hands start to travel up and down her sides. Switching her half limp frame into a much smaller size, she felt him lift her up, thinking this form would be much easier.

As he settled her against him, she felt his hands roam her sides once more, still not content with his touches. As he began to start off with a run she stayed still as much as she could. The ride was rocky and she could feel herself bumping up and down, but his firm hands remained tightly on her, his firm pressure unknowingly causing the girl to feel somewhat calm. It was not a hug, but when one is held against another in a firm position similar to a hug, those calm feelings could be copied. Though as his frame slowed down and slipped, a soft whimper came from the scarred lupine concerned he would fall on the bear trap, but as he caught himself and lifted her up high she felt secure, at least somewhat. As he apologized, a timid voice gently rubbed the edge of his mind.

"It is okay."

Really she couldn't be angry at him. He was helping her. As he began to slacken his pace, slowing it down to a walk, her ebony head would swivel back and forth. Her muzzle lifted high as she searched for some scent on the wind. Grey trimmed ears twitched as she tried to pick up sounds. Though it would seem he had done very well and managed to get them away from the hunters and the warlock. Though when she heard the sound a branch cracking, she yelped softly feeling his fingers burry into her side as he swung around sharply. Panicked slate eyes widen as she looked for the culprit. A little brown bunny suddenly hoped out from the outskirts of the woods and the Ravens' tense form began to relax. Turning her head around, tilting it to the side in any canine fashion, her soft melodic tones gently brushed his mind once more.

"I don't smell any of them...I think we are safe...may you please set me down?"

As soon as she felt him set her down on the ground, her body remained weak as her upper torso moved dragging her lower half a few inches from him. A familiar popping noise could be heard as the girl began to shed her ebony and grey fur for her clothed form. She did not trust Aaron, but he had managed to get her to safety and she felt she could at least give him a proper thanks. The moon seemed to enhance her scarred pale flesh, her mutilated façade turned in his direction, her soft golden-brown locks framing her face. One hand moved over to her left leg, long nimbler façade turned in his direction, her soft golden-brown locks framing her face. One hand moved over to her left leg, long nimbler fingers grabbing the tranquilizer, wincing as she took it out. A kind smile was given to him, her voice still timid, as blue-grey eyes shifted to meet his ice blue gaze.

"Thank you for getting me out of there...but are you okay?"

I'd Rather Feel Pain Then Nothing At All
