South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.
Home of: The Cavalry

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

Raven hadn't seen Tobi be this possessive or protective before. She was not accommodated to this particular treatment. It is true, he did act oddly sometimes, but it was never in front of another male. He seemed to be okay when she was around Lucian, so why he would act like this with the Vampire she did not know. Perhaps it was simply because Tobi had been mistreated by Vampires, forced to be some sort of twisted feline slave for this Risky, and it only made her blood boil to know he was being treated this way. She was all too familiar with being used, but she was mostly used to be physically and mentally abused. Raven had intended to remedy this problem for Tobi, but as it was explained, by her attempt to comprehend his broken speech and basic words, Risky was quite powerful and she could control any feline. If Risky could control any feline, then she was sure Risky would use Tobi to harm her, and well, that was a risk she could not and was told not to take. Though she made note that if she should see any physical evidence that he was being mistreated in such a violent way then she would do something about it, whether he approved or not. Seeing Tobi start to circle around the Vampire, lifting his head up, walking around in a dominant manner had made her feel...different. As a female seeing a male walk in such a stance made her very observant, he was showing he was quite the capable male, something instincts was telling her was an extremely good trait. Just another reason why she was glad to be at his side. All she could do for the Vampire, as he gave her a bewildered WTF look, was to give him a shrug helpless to remedy this problem. This was something she could not fixed. Though it was his words that had made her frown slightly. Gently she spoke to him, her soft voice holding a subtle firm note that she would not tolerate him speaking in such a manner to her deranged companion.

"Please do not say 'down boy' again...he is not a pet."

As a Were, to be treated or spoken to as a pet was highly demeaning and it was not something she would tolerate for herself or others. It was good that he was not one of Risky's cronies and she hoped that would ease Tobi somewhat to know he wasn't hunted down again. Yet Tobi continued being, well, Tobi. Slate eyes would shift upwards looking for his dark hued eyes through his darker locks. His explanation causes her to shake her head, pulling some of her golden locks from her eyes as a small smile crept on her face. His previous action, showing dominance and asserting himself had caused the woman to see him in a different light. True, it was demeaning that he thought she was his, simply because she was female and supposed to be underneath him. However, there was a part of her that actually liked the idea of belonging to someone. She hadn't felt like she belonged anywhere, and no one seemed to want her, but his words and actions were slowly breaking that chain of thought. As she took a step towards him, she felt a bit safer now that he was around, but she knew it was rude if she was not near the Vampire. As she got closer to the Vampire, only a few feet from him, she heard the lowered growl coming from Tobi behind her. It was his comment that caused the woman to turn her head towards Tobi, noticing his feline fangs were shown, as he stepped closer towards them. Her shoulder would gently press into Tobi's in a reassuring manner, but also a subtle sign to the Vampire that she was okay with being around him.

"I've never had a friend until I met him...he has been very good to me."

It is true, he had been, but there were times when he wasn't so great. The Vampire's question as to if she was hurt or not caused her to stiffen, slate eyes widen slightly. Tobi had harmed her. He had bitten her hand and broke it, but only because she showed hesitance when she tried to wash his hair. Their first time meeting he had left her to be caught by the sailors, but he had no need to protect her, so surely that didn't count. A few weeks ago he was hurting her, by not touching her, and that in itself was terribly to difficult for him to comprehend. She had learned that night she could absorb other people's pain, and when touched Nadya roughly it caused her to feel it. Truly he didn't mean to hurt her with malice intent. So, it was quite difficult for her to give him answer without going into details. It was Tobi's harsh whisper that brought the girl to simply blink and shift her eyes from the Vampire back to Tobi. Although he was unable to whisper correctly, she could. Tilting her head upwards, her long golden-brown curly locks cascaded down her back as the moon glinted on the pale unmarked flesh of her nape, she whispered so softly for Tobi to hear, for his ears alone.

"Well, you did, but I know it was an accident."

Tobi's explanation as to why she got hurt allowed her disfigured face to shift into her own bewildered look. Eyes shifted back towards the William, unsure as to what Tobi was saying in his almost sing-like voice. She was unaware of Tobi's power for chaos. Did not know that in these moments he was trying to harm the Vampire. Though it should be noted she is standing quite close to him, allowing for either boy to grab her and pin them at her side. Her guard was completely down. It is when Tobi shoves the Vampire she seems fit to interact. She would shift her form some still staying at Tobi's side, but with her back turned towards the Vampire. Her voice, although gentle, still held that firmness tone to it, as she attempted to keep the boy from causing a fight, thinking his previous domineering actions would suffice.

"Tobi, there is no need to push...he hasn't done anything..."

It is his last comment that made her instantly blush. Her pale cheeks turned crimson as she simply stared at Tobi. That he would notice the major change in her clothing attire had simply caught her off guard. Nadya was correct...he would notice. Bringing her arms to cross over her chest, attempting to cover her endowed bosom, her voice cracked softly filled with that tone of humiliation as she attempted to quickly change the subject.

"I...um...thanks...but you shouldn't say that in front of others."

Actually, he really shouldn't be saying that at all. That was a comment reserved for himself...in his head. She was a bit concerned with what William would think or say, this was not a subject manner that needed to be discussed aloud.

I'd Rather Feel Pain Then Nothing At All
