South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

they said fight fire with fire but i just got ash

It was almost...weird, really, how protective that wolf was appearing towards him. Each and every time someone, anyone, approached them, Raven seemed to press closer. That aggression within her blatantly clear. It was almost if she cared about him. Azrael largely suspecting it was some sort of falsified care all the same. She was protecting him because he was her protection in turn. His presence as her 'owner' keeping most of those vampires at bay. The wolf hardly holding any real care for him at all. At least, he was mostly sure that was the case. Still, he supposed, he was hardly opposed to her efforts provided she didn't pull another stunt like the first one and attempt to knock someone else over. The fool who had demanded his phone had been close enough as far as he was concerned. Azrael mostly assured they had been saved only by the fact most vampires hardly seemed inclined to assist other vampires. That momentary 'disagreement' between the vampire and himself evidently perceived as normal amongst this crowd. Azrael having already spotted several other arguments breaking out throughout the night. The Hunter quick to guide that momentarily blinded vampire off to the side before hurrying back to Raven once more with that insistence they walk quickly. The sooner they got out of here the better. He had enough evidence to bring to the rest of the Council and yet, frankly, if they had little inclination to act it hardly mattered. He had the authority to order and assut on this very place himself. He need only gather enough Hunters to do it. That in itself potentially proving a problem. Maybe he could....appeal to Alexander and the Mounted Unit to get off their horses for a night.

That main floor, was, mercilessly, almost empty. A few scattered groups of vampires lingered about and yet the majority appeared to have gone down below. Azrael's shoes near echoing upon that concrete floor as he strode purposefully across it with Raven at his heels. That click of her claws equally as rhythmic. The often irritable blond was quick to tuck his phone back into his pocket. His attention firmly upon that exit. That main floor was sure to begin to fill again once that auction started and frankly he had no desire to see either its results or be present upon that floor once more of those inevitable arguments broke out amongst the highly strung, temperamental, territorial vampiric crowd. His gaze was lifted briefly once more to that balcony above where those 'elite' vampires lingered. The majority of them no longer visible from where he stood. It would be those vampires, he suspected, who knew more about how this place functioned then any down below and yet for tonight he hardly had time to pursue that train of thought. Still, Macy had given him the names of those bars. Perhaps he could....interview the owners later. Then again he suspected getting any sort of audience with any of those vampires would hardly be....easy. Something else to think on.

Azrael hardly anticipated the sudden emergence of two red-haired vampires, the pair stepping around him and moving almost immediately to Raven. What the fuck was this, open season? Did he have a fucking beacon around his neck that somehow demanded vampiric attention? What did fate have agianst him reaching the goddamn exit without being harassed by more of the undead parasitic leeches that were the vampire race? Raven, evidently, seeming to grasp the focus of their attention. Were there no rules at all in this place? Were you just allowed to steal anything? That chain slipped about Raven's neck prompted that scowl from him then. Those words the vampires uttered only further sparking that irritation within him. Raven's words readily pressing into his mind then as azrael spun to face those vampires once more. His patience, it seemed, having reached its peak.

"What the fuck is wrong with you fucking leeches? THAT wolf is MINE. Not your's and not your red-haired clown brothers either. I don't give a shit who you are or who you work for. She is not for sale. I have had just about enough of vampires for one fucking night now step away from the wolf or I am going to hit you so fucking hard your ancestors will feel it."

That light near instantly seemed to surround his figure, as blazing and bright as the sun itself. Both vampires suddenly appearing far more hesitant then they had been before. Several others rapidly stepping away. That very light, after all, was a veritable weakness to them all. Azrael very near untouchable in that moment and every bit as 'holy' in appearance as his near angelic name suggested. That chain was readily slipped from Raven's neck. A snap of the hunter's fingers seeing that light readily surround his companion in turn in an effort to shield her from any further assault. Several of those nearby vampires near forced to shield their eyes from the sheer brightness of the light that surrounded the pair as Azrael strode toward the door. That entire room near fixated upon the man and yet....none of them made any move to stop him. Not with that light surrounding his figure. So much for being inconspicuous. In the very least that light might prevent any of them seeing him too clearly through that brightness alone. The Hunter striding for that door then with Raven beside him. Azrael assured he had never been so relieved to simply be outside and yet he was hardly foolish enough to bother too linger here. Not when he had made that much of a scene.

"Let's get out of here- and quickly."
