South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

kissing death and loosing my breath
It always took some time to transition into that state of conscious awareness, especially when she'd been suffering from so little of sleep for so long. The dream started out fuzzy as did the majority of her dreams, a haze of colors and places with no specific detail. It always frustrated her, especially because she was looking for someone. It was that diligent search that caused Serafina to realize that this was, as always, just a dream, just another figment of her subconscious imagination and it was that realization that brought Serafina into control. Her hunt for him, whoever he was, ended quite abruptly, the haze surrounding her slowly beginning to clear, manifesting instead into an Opera House. The plush red carpet expanded out in front of her, those plush crimson chairs appearing all around her. A small simper crossed her feminine features, her clothes twisting and turning in to a beautiful black and laced gown. Her grey tinged gaze graced the slowly filling opera house with it's assortment of individuals, most of which all appeared from some part of her life - someone she'd seen on the street, someone she'd once thought was cute, someone who'd walked in to her store. It didn't matter, they were all just faces, ambient individual's at best for the fantasy she'd created. Sometimes, she'd have magnificent places to herself, especially early on when she started walking through her dreams but Serafina had quickly discovered that such colossal pieces of architecture made her feel....lonely.

A soft breath of air left her ruby lips as the young woman turned, gliding with effortless grace towards the stairs and climbing her way towards the upper areas. She had always wanted something like this. To be beautiful. To be wanted. To be well off. To be independent and free. They were all notions trapped deep within her heart, things she dared not voice out loud. She settled in her seat, one leg crossing on top of the other as her pale silver gaze traced the crowd in front of her. A soft violin filled the air, it was a song she knew one, one she'd heard many times recreated here, in this place, just for her. It was this that she loved most about what she'd strove for so long to do - the ability to make things happen that would certainly never become a reality for her. Serafina was so engrossed in the world she was creating that, for a brief moment, she didn't notice the man that slid up next to her, settling in the seat beside her. In fact, it wasn't until his voice commented upon her show that Serafina turned her attention towards him, a small glimpse of surprise echoing upon her feminine features. Almost immediately, the young woman knew that he was not a manifestation of her doing. She'd never met him before, never saw him before and most certainly did not force someone to approach her. Her head tilted to the side as she presented him with a smile, hardly willing to let him know what she had realized so quickly.

She played right into his little game, giggling when it was required of her, offering him those flirtatious glances that she was slowly beginning to perfect. She let his fingers brush against her skin, against the fabric of her dress. Her body was angled towards him, purposefully showing an interest in him. It wasn't often the young girl was given an opportunity to engage within the other gender, and even fewer times that they showed such a definite interest within her - even if he was an outside invader of her world. Vaguely, she couldn't help but to wonder if he was near her in the waking world but she was certain her body was alt east okay, she would feel his touch. Eventually, the young girl stood, ready to take this game further. "Would you like to come with me to one of the private boxes?" She inquired with her best efforts to be coy, inquisitive of just how far he was prepared to go.
