South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

She's habitually paradoxical, a parallel perpendicular;

How truly oblivious the blond fae woman is to those chilling ruby red eyes staring at her, practically consuming her, hungrily roving her like the predator he was. She does back up, as though from instincts she hardly understands, as his presence makes her feel cold, as though she could feel her imminent death just within reach. Yet, that innocent soul could hard help but wonder. How often had she been misjudged? How often did those predators within the depths of the woods were also so painfully misread? Fear was not a good emotion, it made you do irrational things.

That strangely wane boy surely had to be no different. How sure of it she was. How she only wanted to see the goodness in creatures, including him. That very startling, abrasive laugh does not help and yet she is willing to overlook it. How many times had she been barked at? Hissed at? Growled at? Yelled at? A laughter was a sign of enjoyment, was it not? He seems to remain where he was, content to be fixated in place like an immovable boulder. How interesting he was and yet she merely blinks at him, that brilliant smile finding her lips then as if she is the sun at night. He seemed surprise by that smile, as though he couldn't quite make sense of it. Maybe he was hardly smiled at enough? Maybe this is exactly what he needs?

His hand seem to graze against she arm then, she could feel it even through her jacket and yet it was terribly gentle. Even despite tall that gentleness she still seems to dance away out of reach, she was sure she didn't like to be touched and to be completely honest, the pale boy seemed to give her the creeps even if she was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. "Come on, smile." She assured with a nod as though she reassured him that the end of the world would not come to pass.

He continues to talk, those strange distorted sentences that seem to both confuse her and make her curious. He did talk funny, it was amusing and yet, the more he talked he seemed to suck the joy out of her little bubble. That scowl on his face still lingering, he looked so... so.. grumpy. How fleetingly it made a giggle touch her lips, it seemed to sparkle in the air, a light, billowy, and gentle sound. "I think that is your side of the truth, not mine and yes I find your truth funny." How easily she declares those words so sweetly, Illy was hardly heavily opinionated but still she managed to speak her mind.

How convinced she was that Cobain was sad.. It made so much sense, it painted him in a whole other light, made him look more like one of those injured animals she had sworn to protect. It was okay to be sad sometimes, how easily she reaches out to him with those words as if to help sooth this strange, misunderstood creature. At least this was how she saw him. How eager she was to offer him that friendship, certain that was the cure to everything. How simply of a mind she had at times, trying to see the good in the world even though it produced such a severe shadow that threatens to gobble up the sun.

He seems to not bite at that possibility of friendship, easily dismissing her words, which hardly bothered her at all. He claims her fear makes him smile and she was quite certain that was not a nice thing to say at all. How that smile soon blooms on his face for the briefest of moments, only to soon disappear. How those sharpened teeth were so noticeable then, how they frightened her in a human's mouth, but she had seen plenty of sharp teeth in her time. That hardly seemed like a happy smile but at least it was a start. "There you go!" She still encourages him, Iliana was hardly one to give up so easily. Maybe there was hope for him yet, but why did she feel that need to run so badly. Why did she want to spring free like a wild doe at the first crackle of danger?

The moonlit fae suddenly feels quite nervous, her hands began to fiddle when so suddenly he grabs her with a force that causes a sharp yelp to escape her lips. There was no kindness in the way that he yanks her forward and she tries to desperately struggle, tries to flee like she has all those moments ago but didn't. She is like a rabbit caught in a snare, the more she struggled the harder that grip was. His face is suddenly buried in her pale silken locks, her hair in a wild disarray around her from that sudden jerking of her form. She tries to pull away but there is no hope against that crushing vice like grip he has on her, she was only a dainty little thing. That lashing of fear snaps at her like a savage beast. How she so desperately wants to cry, those tears began to make her vision bleary then like they would spill at any moment. He threatens that he could kill her and she hardly wanted to die. "Let go of me, please?" She could hardly help it, she was polite even now, even faced in the danger of this strange vampire boy.

She winces, eyes snapped shut like she is bracing for something that never happens, that helpless squeak escaping her then like a mouse trapped within a cat's mouth. How abruptly he pushes her away then, she nearly stumbles over herself like a baby deer that was all legs. She quickly raises her hand to instinctually place that blanket of cascading hair over her ears once more before swallowing a lump in her throat. She whirls to face him then, the movement is so very graceful, especially against his hateful words. She was just about to run, to leap away and get away from this mean-spirited soul. But he was not willing to allow her to escape as he closes that distance. "Are you mad at me because you are mad at yourself?" She inquires with a butterfly's wings softness, her warm nearly strained breath twists like billowing smoke.

With that lighting strike quickness, he has her ensnared again, as if waging some internal struggle, she could not comprehend. How tight that grip was, how cruel those words were. Her eyes flood with silvery tears that do not dare to run down her cheek even though they burn and crave to do so, to struggle was all in vain. Her lower plush lip quivers in a full on pout trying to make sense of his strangely obscure words. For a moment, however, brief it was it was like she considers him, her silvery metallic gaze brushing across his face.

He was lost and damn near rabid looking now, surely those ruby eyes didn't help. Concern floods her then, relaxing then, even though she may have stared her own death in the face then. It was suddenly clear what he was acting like and it made sense. The erratic movements, the crazed look in his eye. All he needed was to foam at the mouth and he was practically diagnosed! "Its ok you have rabies." she uttered so softly. How even despite her own fear and tears she still wanted to reach out and help this sad, sad, broken boy, to hug him like none had ever done to her. He had called her broken but perhaps he was only looking at his own reflection when he said those words. That pale moonlit fae leans in forward to place a gentle little kiss upon his brow like one would kiss a child goodnight. She pulls back after a moment later a small gentle smile playing on her lips an innocent giggle escaping her. "Sometimes, I find kisses can make everything better."
