South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

The University of Sacrosanct

Wake up to your dreams
And watch them come true

If had been any other time, Nadya would have probably had a comeback for Frost at questioning her ability. As it was, all she could do was raise a brow at him. It was true that the pair of them had been stretched to their limits. She had been pretty sure she had felt herself about to get a brain aneurysm as well there near the end. Nadya easily looped her arm in her mates and calmly made their way to the gate. Frost's illusion meant Nadya only really had to lace the people who they spoke to or directly addressed them which were only employees. She didn't doubt her abilities but she was glad when they were settled into their first class seats waiting to take off.

It was in that moment of silence as the crew busied themselves that Nadya turned her attention back to her mate. She chewed hesitantly, nervously, on her bottom lip a moment before letting those icelandic words out. The only other time she had even attempted his language was to tell him she trusted him...and of course his real name though that hardly counted. This...declaration, well it was much bigger. She had long ago thought these words, felt them, but this was the first time she had voiced them. That confused stirring from Frost caused Nadya's heart to drop and stomach clench slightly, immediately worrying she had butchered the phrase. "Ég elska-" Her attempt to repeat it better once more was cut short by Frost stating simply...he knew. Those chocolate brown eyes cast down momentarily to where their hands met. His affirmation that he loved her too causing a warm smile to grace her features. "I know." That smile turned to a smirk as she looked back at her mate, leaning forward to brush her lips against his in a chaste kiss. "Get some rest." Nadya was more than capable at keeping the flight attendants from bothering them with her ability so Frost could truly rest and not worry about keeping up his illusions.

The remainder of the first leg of their flight was spent in near silence, Nadya content to let Frost sleep for as long as his body needed. At least the next flight meant neither had to keep up their guard. Since Nadya had never spent any time out of the country, it was hard not to find simple delight in even the shops at their layover airport. Two hours later though it was their turn to board the next flight and she was slowing down, finally settling in to sleep in that flight. She hadn't meant to sleep the entire thing but the next thing she knew was Frost gently waking her. Nadya followed Frost dutifully from the airport. What greeted them outside was a gentle warm breeze the moment they stepped outside and it lifted her spirits considerably. Oh this was already a hundred times better than where they had been. This was her kind of environment.

Either Frost had been here before or he had looked up hotels while she had been sleeping but he gave a headway for the driver. Nadya's attention remained transfixed out the window watching the sun beaten city go by. She hoped they'd have time for her to explore and do some proper shopping here. "How long are we here for?" Nadya slid out of the car when they stopped in the roundabout driveway of the luxury hotel. It had an ocean view! For a moment she simply stood there taking in that simple view that promised warmth and relaxation. "I need to get a swimsuit." With a grin Nadya finally turned around to follow Frost once more. "And you'll need to get sunscreen." She teased Frost lightly even as she leaned into him on the elevator ride up.

Once in the room, Nadya tossed their stuffed rucksack onto the king sized bed complete with towel origami and chocolates on it. The view was even better from up here. She could see that a pathway led from the back of the hotel down the hill to a private beach. "Should probably call back home...make sure no one has set the house on fire." She glanced over at Frost. "The twins would be down for bed already so I'll call my parents to check on them in the morning." Nadya turned to explore the rest of the suite so Frost could check on the pack. She wandered into the bathroom, wholly content on pilfering all the complimentary items when she saw the massive jacuzzi tub. Nadya stared at it a moment. When was the last time she had a nice relaxing soak? The twins certainly didn't give her much time for that and their own place back home certainly didn't have this amenity. This was totally happening. Nadya cranked on the water, watching that lightly steaming water pour from the faucet before stepping out of the bathroom once more.

Nadya lazily kicked off her shoes by the door before making it a point to pass by Frost on the phone, running her fingers lightly along his back as she went just enough to gain his attention. She smirked as she glanced back at him, making it a point in removing her shirt and shucking it aside as she walked, clearly inviting him to join her as her pants joined the floor as she re-entered the bathroom to wait for him in that glorious tub.
