South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

The University of Sacrosanct

Raylin Chike

He wasn't wrong, the way he spoke about the ocean was entirely true. You had to keep your eyes on it at all times, never letting your gave falter or let fear take you over. Surfing was thrilling and highly dangerous, especially during this time of year. Truly, Raylin couldn't understand her pull to the ocean, perhaps it was because she was raised near it and had been swimming her entire life. Then again, her mother was a lover of all animals and had seen her fair share of marine wildlife, perhaps that's where her love started. Pushing away the thoughts gently, her eyes linger on the massive dog as she continues to scratch him, it was a miracle he wasn't drooling all over her leg with the amount of attention he was getting. Yet, Brennan's words have her looking up, a broad grin stretching across her lips as he compares her to a mermaid. Laughing lightly, she twirls on the dock, entirely aware of the way his eyes linger on her curves.

The woman was anything but shy and was hardly embarrassed by the way he watches her, his response. Facing him again, she giggles again, pushing her pink hair away from her face, her long locks already drying in the salt wind. "Maybe I was a mermaid in another life," she suggests, brows raising with amusement. "I do love the water," she muses thoughtfully, her hands finding their way to her hips as she resumes a casual stance, hip popped out. They speak about her mother and she can't help but releasing another wave of laughter, her eyes bright with enjoyment, his next set of words have her smiling at him a bit wryly, her shoulders shrugging almost suggestively, "I'm an open book, I'd be happy to answer any questions you might have," she states, brows rising ever so slightly in an almost challenging way. How she was enjoying this! She so rarely found someone that felt up to her bantering tactics without being embarrassed!

She calls him out on being a womanizer, the man simply agreeing to it and she smiles at him again. So carefree in a city of darkness! She gives him another shrug, "I like the sound of that, I think I would very much like the idea of being a siren," she grins, "And I think you're doing a splendid job womanizing if I might add," she laughs again, complimenting him easily. "Most women would take one listen to you and drop their clothes at your feet. Girls love accents," Ray's grin broadens even more. Of course she enjoyed his accent, who didn't? Yet, there were a million people in this city with a million accents, she could walk around the corner and hear a British accent or an Australian one. It wasn't uncommon to meet people from all over the world, this city apparently being a safe haven. The explanation of his powers draws a mischievous glint to her eye as she so readily demands dildos, and truly, she's impressed he isn't more baffled by her request, the man hardly missing a beat as he explains he couldn't simply produce what was already in this world. "I guess you've seen a lot of dildos then if you could produce everything that I want, hmm?" She teases him readily, enjoying the sound of his barking laughter.

"No, not really. I've been smacked a time or two for not having a filter. Plus, having a filter is so boring," she shrugs, blinking at him, entirely amused. His comment catches her off guard a bit about not losing her carefreeness, Raylin tilting her head at him for the briefest of moments, "There's a lot of sadness in the world, I chose not to let it take over my life," she shrugs. No, Raylin wasn't immune to the nasty things that happen in the world, especially in this city and yet, she wasn't going to let it stop living her life just because something terrible happened. In but a moment they are in the boat, Raylin taking Brennan's hand strongly as she finds her footing on the rocking mechanism. Quickly complimenting the boat, Brennan is almost as fast with a reply that has Raylin pausing, regarding him in that wry way of hers. She truly can't help it as she simply looks him up and down once in an almost suggestive manner, "Impressive," she grins at him before she continues her inspection of the boat. "I like her name," she says then, her fingers trailing along the wooden planks of the side, "It's very fitting," she looks back over her shoulder at him before admitting she had never been on a boat.

Eyes glancing down at the book in his hand, his answer is very obscure and yet, Raylin is not one to pry. If he didn't want to share she had no reason to push him on it, though she did have to admit, she was highly curious. Still, she doesn't ask anything else about it as he closes that distance between them, her skin heightened at his nearness. She's convinced he's going to touch her face, her towels slackening around the shoulder as she peers up into his ruggedly handsome face. His comment has her parting her lips in surprise and perhaps a bit of confusion, until she begins to be pelted with something. Glancing around her, her brief confusion turns into amusement as she tilts her head back and a roaring laughter fills the boat. Dropping the towel around her, she covers her head to not be hit in the head, tears leaking from her eyes as her body is continuously wracked with giggles. When he finishes, his voice has her looking up at him, her fingers wiping away the tears from her face. Yet, she doesn't have a moment to reply before Barney comes leaping towards them and picking up a brightly colored sex object and running off to chew on it. "Oh my god," she laughs again, bending at her waist and grabbing her stomach as she tries to fend off the laughter.

It takes her a solid few minutes to get ahold of herself again, straightening, she runs her fingers through her pink hair to rid it of her face. "You keep surprising me," she finally says, her words still choked on giggles but for the most part she had managed to rein herself in. "I mean, I was never wanting to begin with," she grins at him as she bends down and picks out a neon green one and grasps it with a hand as she pretends to inspect it, "I prefer real men than these," she waves it in the air, "These can't reciprocate and that gets kind of boring," she sighs as if she were defeated by the thought hoping to distract Brennan briefly. Suddenly, she jabs at him in the side with the tip of the dildo, only to whack him lightly on the arm with it. Again, she can't help but release the wave of laughter rolling off her before she tosses it to Barney down the deck, hoping he would play fetch. "Ooooh, we could have a lot of fun with these," she says, gesturing to the ocean, "I'm not one for littering but," she pauses, looking out into the distance at the other docked boats, "We could put them in the water near some of the other ships, only to watch the confusion to follow," she laughs before toeing another dildo at her foot, "You know, you're more than welcome to keep some of these. I don't know what kind of sex you're into but I'm sure there might be something lying around to keep you up at night," she winks at him teasingly. Raylin wasn't typically one to converse about sexual things and yet, she couldn't help herself, it was far too easy to chat and tease this man, simply because he dished it back.
