South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

It is perhaps a rarely seen moment, one as delicate and fragile as glass or dew drops upon morning grass, so fragile and elusive and yet there to be seen in those few moments in which the often energetic boy is calm and quiet, what remains of those more affectionate hormones still moving sedately though his bloodstream, animalistic urges satisfied and yet compelling from him a certain closeness which he would normally repel. Yet it would seem that instinct demands from him...another form of affection in this moment, forcing him to stay close to his partner, yielding from him a gentleness of sorts that so many believe simply do not exist within him as he rests beside her, allowing her to roll upon her side, draping one arm across his chest as her head rests against it. He continues to lay upon his back, allowing the sun to dry what remains of the water upon his naturally tanned skin, one hand moving to lift almost automatically, long fingers tangling within his companions equally dark hair in a manner almost playful. Such behaviour so rarely seen from the man, a creature so very volatile, so very capable of terrible acts of violence and yet.....caring, when it seems that the moment is right, beginning to display those first tendrils of affection for the woman. He is capable of learning indeed, stunted and slow though it may be and as such he has finally begun to...understand some facet of his relationship with Nadya, whatever it may be.

Her words see those dark eyes flicker to her own features, releasing the strand of hair he has been toying with, head tilting slightly once more as she speaks, unable to perceive the tone of the question she seems to ask, nor understand whether or not it truthfully is a question. For a moment he simply stares, features creased in some sense of frustration, agitated with himself, with his own limitations in his struggle to find the words he desires before it would seem he manages at last to utter a sentence in response.

"Sometimes....leaves Syn, tells me to.....make sure you....are safe. Tetra....likes you I think....maybe....second best."

This, somehow, is clearly supposed to make Nadya feel better, as if somehow being assured she is Tetradore's second favourite person, after Tobias of course, will result in a return to her normally pleasant mood. A lopsided grin manages to touch his features, flashed for a moment before disappearing as quickly as it had come, the boy often unable to understand that his facial expressions should be held longer then a second or two. Either way he is assured his words have solved the problem, unwilling to inform the girl perhaps that the reason Tetradore does not seek her out is due to him assuring the other man that he can see to Nadya alone. Her second question sees an easy shake of his head in this moment, damp ebony locks catching within his lashes.

"No....I did not...tell him."

He has continued to keep this promise, as Nadya had requested, though indeed Tetradore has never asked and as such perhaps, this is their saving grace. Tobias after all, never had been particularly proficient in lying to his leader, unable to meet the man's gaze in those rare moments he has sought to lie, such a reaction generally giving away his dishonesty in that moment. For now however, their shared secret remains as such. The tall, toned young man moves to stretch once more, that desire to sleep beginning to press against him thickly now, a yawn of sorts drawn from his lips as he moves to settle beside her as they always do after such things. He is used to sleeping in a tangled heap with his packmate, his favoured night those rare and precious few in which all three of them are together as they should be and yet for now he is willing enough to be content with Nadya alone. His mind is...sluggish perhaps, tired and sated and as such slow to understand the words that suddenly seem to leave her lips, telling him this is the last time they can play such a game. He remains silent for a second or so as Nadya rolls away from him, his own head lifting now to regard her almost warily.

"I did...it wrong?"

That he has somehow construed this change of plans to be, in some manner, his fault, is evidently clear in this moment, the boy clearly believing he has somehow played the game...wrong, upset Nadya in some fashion, resulting in her unwillingness to let him play with her again and yet it is rapidly becoming clear that the scruffy haired creature is becoming...distressed with this news. He likes this game, it is by far his favourite and he is unwilling, it would seem, to accept her proclamation so willingly, dark eyes narrowed upon her once more.

"Why...can't we...play anymore?"

It is rare indeed for him to ask why, such questions rarely appealing to him and yet it would seem he demands to understand this, discontent rapidly beginning to overtake his features now, the beginnings of a storm sure to break- depending perhaps, on how well Nadya chooses her next words....
