South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

She's habitually paradoxical, a parallel perpendicular;

The youthful woman all but beamed up at Marcelo with the intensity of starlight, flashing her polished pearly whites at him. How she agreed with him whole heartedly! She nodded nearly vigorously hanging off every word as though this strange jackal somehow knew everything! He was truly a wonderful friend to have, of course she could tell this already after only moments of knowing him. She idly brushed a hand through her pale silken locks, observing him with that genuine coyness that natural innocence exuding from her in all that she did. How she only wanted to see the goodness in her silly, sincere jackal friend. "How romantic!" She nearly squeaked from the sheer enjoyment. "You must always be careful, I was taught that from a young age.. But I don't see why.. I think there is good in everything." How unjaded a statement that was, even when that life had been anything but. A playful carefree giggle bubbled from her smiling lips. Perhaps one day she would meet such a girl to win his heart! She surely hoped so.. she believed everyone deserved to be happy.

"Oh! I am not even the least bit concerned of that! I adore hugs. I thought you were going to say...." Her eyes widened and her cheeks emblazoned red! No, she couldn't say it out loud. She whispers, that coy grin spreading. She was being so bad! She knew it. She whispered, that mumbled word almost inaudible. "...... sex.." Just saying that word made her all kinds of embarrassed, she brought her hand to her mouth. It was a natural thing between two beings, she knew this and yet talking about this with a man, it seemed almost naughty. He mentioned practicing kissing and she immediate averted her eyes. "Oh, I couldn't possibly! Mr. Crow told me I couldn't... he told me he would peck out eyeballs if anyone even tried.. I haven't seen it yet.. but I've seen that beak and I would hardly want for him to do that to you."

How quickly that conversation flits from one thing to the next. How upset she had become to find that her mushrooms were not the delicious delightful things she had once thought. Her feminine features mirrored his own disgust as a sad little pout formed upon her full lips, that frown not wanting to ever leave. Not ever. It was then a wolfish wide grin finds his features once more before he admits he was only joking! "OH!? That is actually kind of amazing. I didn;'t even know that.." She couldn't help the way her face smoothed and that smile regaining her lips once more. "I don't think so..." Iliana brought her hand to scratch the back of her head actually considering his words carefully.

Iliana had no qualms with happily chattering about those powers she wielded, before quickly transitioning into that mention of gemstones, her gems. How her face lit up at the thought. "I adore them.. in fact... that is how I get them, I use my sneakiness to borrow... them." Borrow was truly a loose term for the fairy woman, that light carefree laughter dancing freely from her lips once more. She hardly liked the term stealing, even though it was exactly what it was. In fact, it was the way she survived. She paid her rent with jewelry she had pilfered. The young, perhaps far too naive woman almost oblivious in the wrongness to it. She scrunches her face slightly, in the careful consideration of flying. She places her hands at her side, her fingers toying with the soft fabric of her dress. "I think... if I was meant to fly to soar like Mr. Crow it would have happened already." She explained unable to hide that disappointment form her words, that slight bob of her head almost sad. Yet she hardly let the truth bring her down. Not for long anyways.

How quickly their conversation seemed to whirl, like they were tornados themselves dancing along the lines of madness. Spinning and spinning not willing to stop. So many topics that raced through the peculiar girls mind and yet he hardly skipped a beat. Not for a second, if he thought her to be a strange creature, he hardly showed it. His dark eyes seem to watch her. Those very eyes almost warm and glinting different than the confusion and ridicule she was so often viewed with. She swore if she stared hard and long enough she could see those jackal eyes peering out of the darkness. The fact that he put his clothes on now, had put her even more at ease. Although she supposed there was nothing wrong with nudity.. weren't her woodland creatures also naked... all the time? "I think I like your idea WAY better." How eagerly she grabbed that arm, fearlessly especially now that his muscles were safely stowed away. She felt so terribly at ease, even though she was prone to bolt. She was positive she would have made a wonderful knight, although the truth of the matter was, knights were not supposed to flee danger and this particular fae woman was entirely disposed to it! Details... her mind hardly lingered on such loopholes in her desires. Her mind humming with a delight. How glad she was to have met this Jackal man. She was learning SO much from him. How she would cling to every word and remember it like her life depended on it!

Iliana began to move her hips, allowing that dress to sway back and forth as they moved through the forest to a tune of her own mind's creation. She enjoyed watching that billowing fabric moved as he led her through the woods. How she beams at his compliment, that tiny noise of excitement squeaked from her throat, unable to contain it. But surprises, now her whole mind was entirely fixated as to what that surprise could be. "I can't wait Sir Marcelo I just can't, I know it will be perfect." He reaches over to boop her right on the nose, like he pressed a button. She never had that happen before. Maybe it was a sign that they were going to be friends forever. She would need to return the booping, she was absolutely certain of it, if of nothing else. She wrinkled her nose at the thought.

What an obscure offer to see things! What those things were hardly seemed to matter to her right now, that very concept of seeing anything could bring forth an excitement to the fairy woman. Those metallic hued eyes seemed to twinkle like starlight and possibility. "Paris or Rome? NO! not yet.. but one day I will...I do have forever to see the world. I haven't really gone much of anywhere.." Her family didn't like to go places.. or do things outside of the norm. Illy was the only one who wanted to go on adventures to meet new people to try new things, it would seem that somewhere along that long life they lost their zeal for life. They were fearful and right fully so considering their enemies were great at the time she was sent away to fend for herself. Fear makes people do illogical things.

"Well.... He was small.... About this high..." She displayed with her hand about a little higher than her waist. She wiggled her fingers for added effect. "He was so grouchy, even more so than Mr. Crow. He followed me around everywhere... and the longest nose you've ever seen, I think he must have broken it at least three times since I've know him! He brought me here and I've never seen him since. I don't miss him, not that much. That wasn't nice of me.. I do miss him.. I just don't miss the Iliana don't do this.. Iliana don't do that. Make sure you stay indoors at night.. Stay out of the woods.. blahblahblah. So many rules. I didn't follow any of them either." Her voice lowered as she tried her best at an imitation of a crotchety old troll only when explaining his rules. She threw up her free hand. "I like it' better this way.. I get to do what I want and there is no one telling me what to do.. or who to be." She admitted softly, squeezing his arm as though she wanted to make sure he still lingered there. There was an assurance that fell from her companions' lips, her eyes shift over to see that wicked grin on his face. He truly did have a nice smile, not that she could truly tell the difference from good and bad in simply a smile. But she could, at least she thought so. "I knew I could trust you Sir Celo." That soft squeeze of his own did not go unnoticed.

That excitement within that gullible fae seemed to shine brightly as always. "Ewww, warm water is gross. Couldn't they throw some ice cubes in it?" She questioned, their walk taking them to a more populated area. She hardly took a moment to consider where they were going, there was no reason within that excitable mind not to trust him. The perfect guise of the ever perfect gentleman as the boy opened the door for her, in a way that she found entirely polite and only made her feel special. The fairy offered the hostess a wild grin, excitement to eat even though she hardly felt hungry at all. One of the many gifts of being an immortal fairy she supposed. They were guided smoothly through the restaurant to their respective table, while Iliana was quick to slide into her chair and open up the menu with an eagerness. Immediately she was faced with a picture with shells, cheese and red sauce. Pasta shells! How cool was that? "I think I want that." She pointed to the stuffed shells definitively which almost seemed peculiar since she was as focused as a ping pong ball. She closed the menu with a dramatic finality before none to quietly asked him a question that was burning in her mind since he told her. "So... what do YOU do with your sneakiness? Do you borrow things too?" She rose her brows inquiringly.
