South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

calamity

The life I live is one big calamity

The vibrancy of the Were-King's gaze rested upon the bounding figure of the lanky feline, the cat clearly finding something of interest as he leaped and darted in an attempt to chase after a fluttering speck upon the wind. The silence between the two seemed to linger, Tetradore hardly having enough in common with the young woman beside her to offer any true conversation. The Alpha was wholly oblivious to the thoughts that seemed to linger upon her mind, thoughts of what her future might hold, and how her husband, in turn, would cope with the massive impending change to their life. It was her almost soft comment of assurance that she'd hardly turn into an overbearing, difficult woman in her motherhood that finally prompted some level of response from Tetradore, his thoughts upon the topic bluntly muttered even as he continued to watch the jumping leopard. His very candidness, however, seemed to prompt the young woman to flinch at his chastisement, and yet, Tetradore was never one to beat around the bush on the rare occasion the Alpha made an effort to truly express himself. He glanced at her from the corner of his peripheral gaze, that meekness that so afflicted her was the very reason the Were-King so often kept his thoughts to himself around her. How she seemed to struggle with even the slightest glimpses of his world.

His head shifted towards her ever so slightly as Raven clasped her hands in front of her, running her fingers along her own wrist in some attempt to soothe herself. Still, it was her concern for being a burden that brought a scowl to his lips. "That's what pack is Raven. A family to unload your burdens on. If you haven't learned that yet then I don't know why you're even with the pack." He uttered with that same level of frankness. Tetradore, after all, had chosen each one of them with distinct care. He had purposefully offered the neglected and unwanted a home, a chance that they might bond with each other if only for the sole reason that Tobias would not be alone when he was gone. He had accepted Raven at the side of the man he cared for most. She was critical in Tobias' life and yet...her unwillingness to rely upon the very family that he had so diligently surrounded her with prompted a level of annoyance within the Were-King. After all, so many of their members Tetradore had accepted at her request. His lips pressed together ever so slightly, his arms crossing over his chest as he leaned back within his seat, his gaze still lazily following the ever-energetic Tobias, the leopard chasing some new prey that had caught his fancy.

Tetradore listened in stoic silence as she spoke of her emotions, of those experiences she had endured during the beginning of her relationship with the feline. That fear she spoke of, however, was all too palpable to the Alpha. He could quite near smell the anxiety that rode off of her in waves, calling both to his affinity and his inner predator. A soft grunt left his lips as she nibbled on her lip, a nearly dejected sigh left her lips though truly, she had little reason to be sad, to begin with. "I already told you, the only way you fail is if you stop trying." His expectations of her were perfectly clear, or so he thought though she had seemingly not understood him the first time. Maybe this time, that lesson would finally hit home though...considering the way the she-wolf was inclined to her anxiety and dejection, Tetradore almost doubted it. Maybe he'd get Mira to talk with her, the Alpha himself hardly tended to enjoy any long in-depth discussion of emotions. A woman's touch might be exactly what was required here.

I don't owe you a god damned thing
