South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

It is with graceful and prudent tact that Isolt coaxes her fingers to unfurl from his, yearning just as ardently for the sensation of his skin upon hers as she yearns for reprieve from his masculine charms. Though she had, in the tumultuous and largely befuddling aftermath of her transformation, been introduced to the plethora of magical aptitudes that now existed firmly within the realm of possibility... it was a peculiar and foreign thing, this talent of his. And the overstated confidence with which he wielded his affinity made it all the more unsettling to receive, a notion which dictates her movements. Isolt slithers artfully from betwixt this enigmatic gentleman and the tree that served to support her lustfully withering frame.

The tentative bud of smile blossoms timidly upon her ruby lips as a shrug pulls at her shoulders. "I want... that," she concedes, nodding offhandedly to the couple whose ever-deepening intimacy continues to be displayed unabashedly within the park's moonlit clearing. "But that's not what you're offering now, is it?" A kindly grin spreads against her features, mischievously kind-hearted light casting a brilliant glow into irrefutably tired eyes. Indeed, the auburn-haired girl could not have denied that she yearned for what this couple displayed, and yet it is not the flagrant wantonness of their physical excursion that she cherishes so. It is the emotion, the connection, that lies beyond their sealed lips and wandering hands that she prefers. In this they surely differ.

"What I also want is to grab a drink before dawn," she muses, a single expertly-maintained brow pitching upwards at the comment, betraying that alcohol is hardly to what she refers. Slowly Isolt begins to retreat down the darkened path that would have been her initial trajectory had she not been effectively... distracted. Slender fingers work to capture a stray, fiery curl, placing it dutifully behind a single ear before she regards him once more. "You're welcome to join me if you'd like. That is if you're not too busy attempting to seduce random women in the park... and if you can accept the fact that we're not going to end up naked together." The young vampire smiles impishly, some more instinctual part of her consciousness aware that such brazen honesty is highly uncharacteristic. The thought would occur to her later that it is his magic that had made her so, imparting upon her tongue more liberty to speak the words she otherwise dared not utter. But, for now, Isolt allows this lapse in personal judgment out of some suspicion that she might not ever come upon him again...
