South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

aiden tetradore

By nature, Tetradore was a placid creature, rarely bothered by difficult situations he found himself placed in and even less so by the peculiar nature of his childhood companion. It was that indifferent nature that surely allowed the two unlikely creatures to become friends both in their childhood and within their adulthood. It was such usual placidity that caused those extremely rare glimpses of anger to be all the more ferocious. Risque had fostered within him a monstrosity, one that so rarely saw the surface. He hardly hesitates to return the hisses with snarls of his own, the skin upon his maw wrinkling as his fangs were displayed quite prominently. His discontent hardly decreased at the feline beneath him turned his gaze elsewhere, even though such a gesture was meant to help still the rage within. He knew all too well that Tobias would have difficulty understanding that which angered him so greatly. It was this very reason for which Tetradore had been so inclined to press those images into the mind of his companion - to link act with word in a way to ensure that such an action never again occurred with his sister.

Tobias comment certainly succeeded in pushing the already agitated male, another growl peeling from deep within his throat. His claws flex, unsheathing from his paws. In that moment it mattered little to Tetradore that the fellow beneath him did not fully comprehend just what even such a phrase meant. He felt the abrupt shoving of his sibling upon his side, her feminine voice crying out and yet Tetradore is content to stand his ground, his gaze on turning towards her in a brief fashion to snap his jaws within her direction, offering the girl a visible warning that this was a matter she too had taken part of. This was something she was not entirely excused of, and this was something that simply had to be done because of her. His attention refocuses upon the leopard beneath him, his emerald eyes narrowed as he listened to boy's voice, placing the blame entirely upon Nadya. It was such a simple sentence that brought the man awareness of his own diminishing anger, replaced instead by some sort of false tranquility that he was all too aware wasn't his own. His gaze shifted abruptly from Tobias towards his sister, a small snarl given within her direction, "Stop it." The word was a hiss within her mind, acknowledging her own new found power and the fashion at which it pressed upon his skull.

It was within this moment of distraction that provides Tobias the chance he'd been seeking to pull himself out from beneath the panther. It was a movement Tetradore hadn't been entirely aware of until Tobias had gained his freedom. The boy pivoting abruptly with his claws outstretched, slamming abruptly into Tetradore's cheek and effectively pulling his attention away from his sister and back towards the leopard. He could feel the dig of the claws into his flesh, drawing blood onto his ebony fur. Whatever efforts Nadya had made to soothe him had become completely moot within that moment, the instinctual need to put Tobias back in his place feeding upon his already brutal temper. However, despite the leopard's efforts to hold his ground, Tetradore makes no attempt to give way. His own roar peeled from his lips, echoing in return to the challenging snarl he was presented with.

His entire body tenses for one brief moment, pouncing upon the spotted feline, content to quite literally chase the boy down should he manage to evade his first effort. The moment he does manage to catch the leopard, his own claws dig into that shortened fur, making every effort to throw the cat back upon the ground from which he had only moments before escaped from. Only this time - this time the panther was not content with simply being above his child hood friend. His jaws part, his teeth embracing around the spotted cat's jugular and yet, despite all of his anger he does not take the killing bite. Tetradore cared far too much for Tobias to even consider such a thing, his intelligent mind instead seeking to beset the boy of a single characteristic he'd noticed on Tobias women - on his sister and on the wolf that he'd met within the confines of the zoo.

He calls forth his venom once more, his weight thrown entirely upon the leopard beneath him, ensuring the boy stayed still for what was to follow. It was a single drop of his poisonous saliva that he let touch Tobias flesh, the small round droplet sizzling as it hit fur. His goal was simple - to mark Tobias in the same fashion he marked his women. To remind the boy just whom it was he belonged to -- forever. It was only when he was certain that the drop had caused just enough damage that Nadya would be incapable of healing it, and only when the leopard finally managed to being still that he let go of his childhood friend, stepping away from the pair of them with his tail still lashing in agitation behind him.
