South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

The University of Sacrosanct

The University of Sacrosanct offers some of the top programs in the nation with its outstanding campus and specialized faculty. for the lips of a forbidden woman drip honey
her speech is smoother than oil
but in the end she is bitter as wormwood
sharp as a two-edged sword
her feet go down to death
her steps follow the path to Sheol

- PROVERBS 5:3-5;;
Where the half lupine creature was able to read through the obscurity of the hunter's words, Serafina saw only certainty. She saw only the word 'no'. The young witch was far less sure of herself then she made herself out to be, often choosing to disengage in such supernatural activities all together. Serafina kept to herself and the only ability that she did have - the potions she was aptly capable of brewing. She often wished she was capable of something more, maybe then she might hold the confidence that those around her had. Her gaze slid away from him, a small frown upon her lips. Thankfully, the young girl hardly had much time to pout before the wolf lunged and the placidity of the near death situation became very chaotic indeed. The gun felt heavy and awkward within her petite hands. Although Serafina was never particularly opposed to death, she'd never done so in such a way that was so...upfront. Her pale grey gaze landed solidly upon the man and his innocent hands but unlike the hunter, she is not so keen to shoot simply because of what he was. She often needed a better reason to kill another individual - like money in her pocket.

Her eyes were intent upon the man in front of her, watching his hands for anything unexpected. She knew something was coming. She knew that this would still not end with him as the victim. "I'd rather you didn't." She commented in return, knowing all to well that his ability would come into effect the moment the man got onto his feet. That ever present frown marred her features as she watched him slowly bring himself to a stand. She knew that at any moment he'd disappear once more into a veil of speed, she knew he'd show up somewhere else, a place she had no ability to event attempt to prepare for. Half of her half expected to find his pointy knife skewered into her flesh the moment that he moved and immediately her finger went for the trigger, sincerely wishing he'd just stay put so the two could leave him peacefully. When it came she hardly expected it, even though she was anticipating his movement, her grey eyes widened ever so slightly, her attention falling to her immediate surroundings, searching for even the slightest sign of his appearance.

She felt his figure upon her back long before she saw his arms snake around her and immediately the young woman froze, her breath catching in her throat. She didn't like him behind her, she didn't trust him to not make an effort to end her life once again. Cautiously the girl released the gun at the sensation of his fingertips on her hands. His breath felt hot on his skin and then, before she could react, he was gone entirely. She turned around, surprised to find not a soul within the forest. She was alone....with that...rabies...dog...thing. The memory caused the young girl to turn her attention back towards the wolf who'd aggressively fetched the hunter's shoe, shaking the prize much like the dog she was. Her eyebrow raised ever so slightly as she watched her, offering only the slightest shrug at the canine's insistence. "Don't worry...I don't want it anyways." She maneuvered towards her bag, slowly bending over to pick up her bag of fallen loot. Serafina was about to turn and leave the scene and retreat back to the sanctuary of her shop when a small whine left the wolf's maw. A soft sigh left Serafina's lips but she hardly bothered to turn around. "Ugh, FINE. Come on." She commented, intending to heal the lupine if she could make it back to the Eastern side of town.
