South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

The University of Sacrosanct

The University of Sacrosanct offers some of the top programs in the nation with its outstanding campus and specialized faculty. The agitation the she-wolf felt beneath the chill of his gaze hardly seemed to perturb the lithe blonde. Women had so few purposes in life, the women he owned meant for little more than whatever he determined their use was to be and this one, despite perhaps not being his own personal possession, he had deemed as merely an object of his attention until he is quite done observing her dirty too-slender form. He is used to being obeyed, used to getting and having what he wants- just as he is entirely used to having those around him submit beneath the sheer pressure of his domineering personality. He likes being in control, likes watching her squirm beneath his gaze. Power...is such an addictive, potent drug. This women however, holds an edge...most unexpected. It is a rare thing indeed to find a female with a spine, one whom may earn from him a second look as the snarl within her throat- butchered and tortured as it was by the limitation of human vocals, seem to cause one eye to lift ever so slightly and a thrumming chuckle to stir somewhere within the depths of his throat.

"Bad puppy."

It is little more than a murmur once more, hummed upon that frosted autumn breeze before he moves to lean away from her at last, releasing his grip upon her and returning heated fingers to himself. She is not cold- of that he is entirely sure and yet for now at least he sees no need to call the wretch out on her lies, tossing her the shirt as if it is little more than an afterthought, leaving the girl to stand and swath herself in it. Her shorter, bony frame is readily engulfed by the fabric, the shirt having taken on the role of a short dress of sorts with the hem resting neatly upon her thighs in a manner he may well have found enticing- if not for her ravaged appearance. It is better, he thinks- not to ruin his toys before he has extracted each and every possible morsel of pleasure or entertainment from them. The short, sharp bark of laughter that manages to ring from the fragile girl holds a stronger, more potent sound then she had seemed capable of only moments ago, his lip given to quirk upward in some fragment of amusement. Such an intriguing creature, this girl, the ones with a little fight always are. The cynical-looking half smile she offered in time with her disdainful comment seemed to draw that amusement further. He was funny was he?

"We'll see."

His voice remains calm, unwavering, cold and yet smooth in its masculinity, as if such a phrase may very well hold an unspoken promise of sorts, a determination to see just whether or not such a fragile frame can hold its own against himself. The woman continues with her story, offering a name somewhere within her rough words before announcing her desire to retain his shirt, her head jerked Northward in an evident invitation to accompany her though she remained where she stood. One hand reaches casually down to snatch his jacket from the earth, sliding the leather garment easily over his toned figure before the snowy-haired young man draws closer once more, limbs strolling casually atop the earth in a manner so seemingly innocent, one that concealed the power behind each easy stride, the stride of one entirely confident in himself, a Leader whom knows entirely what he desires even despite his youth. He simply moves to pause before her once more, head tilted slightly to the side in an exaggerated manner of contemplation. Everything is a game, after all, he merely needs to understand the potential strengths of this...unique player. He also needs to decide whether or not he truly can be bothered to accommodate her company. This...Crow. A lone wolf is rare, a girl whom prefers to live as one rarer still. Why had she chosen so long to hide in the guise of animal skin? How very....intriguing.

"My story? Hmmm."

He manages a sigh of sorts, fingers lifting to snatch a single strand of her loose, unkempt dark hair between his thumb and forefinger, twisting it about in a manner almost teasing- pressing once more against those boundaries she has placed about herself, boundaries he so casually disregards.

"I was born in Reykjavik, but it was far too cold there- so I left."

Another purring chuckle seems to find its way into his throat, that single strand of hair tossed back towards her as he simply turns upon his heel in the direction she so seems determined to go, offering barely a moment for her to find a place beside him- a truly rare position and place he rarely allows another to exist withing, yet for now has seemingly decided to permit, shortening his stride to facilitate the weakened woman beside him. Predator she may be, a species he rarely entertains, yet her manner is intriguing. This Crow was stronger then she had first appeared.

"Frost was the name my sire gave me, you might as well use it. As for the shirt, we'll talk about how I can get you out of it later. Tell me, Crow, what do you know of others like us in this city?"
