South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

South

He continues to ignore the screaming infant within her arms, the one wrapped within his favoured shirt, attention held entirely upon Nadya now as each sense within him seeks to assure him the woman is dying. He knows nothing else, understands nothing else- cannot focus upon anymore then one incident at a time and as such his mind simply does not acknowledge the child- his own daughter, thoughts, fractured and broken as they are, taken entirely with Nadya alone as he continues to cling to her arm as if truly he believes he may keep from death if only he holds onto her, truly fearing Tetradore's wrath should he allow her to die- attacked by some pain he cannot see or understand. Blood is pain- this is all he knows and the woman continues to bleed and moan and scream and yet there is no enemy to fight, not being to protect her from, the man truly believing she is attacked by some enemy he cannot see and cannot fight, left entirely at a loss as he kneels beside her before a sudden burst of pain seems to explode behind his eyes like a blow to the head. A yelp or sorts is forced from the young man, one hand reaching up to clutch his forehead at the pain that blossoms behind it like a migraine that forces a groan from within him- oblivious entirely to the fact that this is Nadya's work. After all, she has never used such a power upon him before, the man unable to perceive she has such a gift, one dark eye sliding accusingly towards the screaming child before the pressure within his mind suddenly releases and a snarl of sorts coils within his throat- until Nadya speaks, distracting him once more with her assurance she is...not dying. Confusion mars his young features all over again, lips parting to speak before the crack of bone sees him recoil from her all over again.

"No...no."

One hand moves to push the child away from him, refusing to take it, having no desire to hold his own daughter nor have the screaming child any closer to him then she already is, seeking to push Nadya away once more as she only continues to thrust the girl against his chest until his arms move to reluctantly take hold of the baby on Nadya's command, a look of disdain lingering upon his features as the faintest hint of agitation begins to coil within him, this screaming noise painful to his ears- aggression readily beginning to simmer within his veins as another growl rolls within his throat in warning to this infant creature that he will not tolerate it's screaming long. His gaze withdraws from the infant only long enough to witness the birth of the second, eyes wide in evident horror at this entire event, the boy left utterly stunned in the aftermath as he continues to cling to the baby girl on Nadya's orders, fathomless dark eyes wide in shock- mind recoiled entirely from this event to leave him utterly silent and still as the second child stops it's wailing held against his Mother, the girl, at last, equally silent in his own arms now.

Nadya's quiet words seem to pull at his mind from whatever distant place it has taken retreat, struggling still for answers, any answer, to what has occurred before him as his companion finally grows still and seems to settle. The scent of blood is still thick, still overpowering and yet Nadya no longer seems so pained, the young man soothed in some fashion by the calm that seems to have descended upon the group despite the utter hysteria within his thoughts as the woman moves to introduce the small ones as....the kittens. A look of surprise seems to overtake his features, dark eyes flicking from one to the other as that painfully damaged mind struggles to formulate a new...attachment between the pair of infants. He understands they are children, kittens, understands they have, in some fashion- come from Nadya and yet it is not until the scent of the baby within his arms seems to reach him that the man finally seems to react. She smells....like him, her skin and hair laced with that potent odour he knows entirely as his own, that same scent the marks all his possessions intermingled with Nadya's in a way that seems to speak of dual ownership in some fashion- the woman's words confirming this a mere moment later as his eyes return to the child in his arms alone.

"Mine."

It is a single word and little else and yet within it exists all the understanding off this moment upon a level he perceives. His. Both are his. His possessions. His kittens. His to protect- and within this single realisation there is perhaps the creation of something far more potent as his daughter is held only closer to him in a manner truly possessive now, this combination of human and animal instincts at least seeming to combine in the realisation and creation of an utter and all-consuming desire to protect this tiny and fragile life form. His daughter, his son- his kittens. If the human side of himself does not understand entirely- it is merely the animal side that does, recognising perhaps that this is an investment of sorts, something to be guarded and protected above all else, that dangerously possessive and obsessive nature entangling itself firmly about both children now as one hand reach out and towards his son, tips brushing softly against the babies arm as his lips move and mutter words of no real substance before that hand trails up to brush lightly against Nadya's check in this small token of affection- returning to hold his child now.

"What is....names of kittens?"
