South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

The ebony panther's gaze remained steadfast upon the peculiar young woman, his head remained tilted to the side as he studied her. He had smelled her kind before - upon the skin of his sibling. He suspected that Nadya harbored many of her kind within her own burlesque. He could tell by scent alone that this girl had hardly spent much time with her own race - though weather or not that was by choice or because she was new to the town still had yet to be seen. Either way, the were-panther figured that perhaps she might appreciate the knowledge of at least the location of some of her race. After all, there were some things that only others of the same species could understand. It was perhaps one of the few nice efforts that Tetradore was willing to make for what was otherwise a complete stranger. She was a nice stranger, surely, but still a stranger. His emerald eyes stared at her, a small step taken forward as if to further prompt the girl to follow. It was however, at the end of it all, her choice.

Tetradore turned his head, continuing to pad forward at the sound of her voice. He let the girl catch up to him before he continued trotting down the street, his pads moving silently against the cement. It wasn't exactly the shortest of walks back towards his sister's establishment in the downtown area of the metropolis. The panther stuck mostly to the shadows, weaving his way down back alleys and dark side streets rather then the brightly lit and more crowded roads. Occasionally he'd glance behind him at her, sometimes he'd pause to let her catch up but he always kept moving forward. The burlesque's entrance was just off the main road, settled back into a dark corner of the world. Tetradore ignored the line that ran around the establishment, he ignored the bouncers and made his way to the far back of the facility were a stage door rested securely shut with a pin pad beside it.

His claws slowly extended, his tail flicking ever so slightly in agitation. He hated pin pads. He hated anything which required his shift, especially when he wasn't yet ready for it. Carefully his paws slowly scrawled out four numbers on the ground. He stepped back, pausing just long enough to look up at her with an expectant gaze. He had brought her here, it was her turn to take them inside. After all, surely this was what fairies enjoyed wasn't it? The unknown? Purposeless mischief?
