South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

The University of Sacrosanct

Little angel go away, come again some other day.
The devil has my ear today.

While I'd known of the other witch for a good bit of time, said time didn't yield much information about what he was truly like. It didn't give me a good sense of what to expect from him; granted, typically I might expect the worst I could imagine of an individual, but him? Spencer Lombardo didn't strike me as the type I needed to worry about, and in all reality I spent very little time thinking about him versus the other menagerie of topics loitering in the immediate recess of my mind. Though I might have seemed immensely callous and without social graces, I had found no reason to mask any of my behaviors or thoughts around Spencer at the present moment for a lack of a disguise, so to speak, would win me far more favors than a façade of pleasantries both of us knew I didn't mean. That wasn't to say I'm incapable of social pleasantries and oozing charisma; believe me. Like a bee to honey, I'm saccharine enough to warrant attention and favors when and how I want them. In layman's terms, it's easier to simply say I am incredibly talented at getting what I want â€" regardless of how I go about it.

Describing Sacrosanct in a manner that would persuade Spencer to bend to my whims proved as simply as I believed it might. With the air of apathy decreasing with the intrusion of distaste in the mentioning of the creatures we were to share the city's limits beside, I observed a similar sense of unsurprised-disgust brewing behind his expressions. He, too was racist (for lack of a better, more fitting term), and I wasn't about to step into a debate about what species held priority for our hatred as that was a conversation I could lose myself in for far too long. Instead of acknowledging the vampires, were-creatures, fairies, and hunters that populated the city alongside humans and our own kind, I lit another cigarette to keep my lips and unwarranted opinions to myself. The cigarette didn't stay between my lips long considering the topic Spencer wanted to investigate next.

My brother.

There were few things I had difficultly explaining or offering my opinions on. Yes, I'd been the one to mention Finley Dorian and his affiliation with the pack he'd begun trapsing around with but I didn't really have a formal opinion on this, yet. Surely that would come, especially as I wasn't one to loiter without an opinion on a subject for long, especially when it involved my siblings and eventually would it involve me. Finley spent an excess of time around the all-too-feline (... okay, that's not a thing. Never too many cats.) pack, often encouraging me to question whether or not his ties would be to me and our sister, or to the were-pack he'd become affectionate towards. I guess that meant Spencer's question was more difficult to answer than I'd intended to allow, and so I shrugged a shoulder as if it wasn't useful information.

"When he isn't busy being a nuisance elsewhere, yes. If you're finished with your inquisition, let's go for a drink and we can talk business."

It wasn't really a question, anyway.
