South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

Sterling was altogether oblivious to the lingering gaze of his newest house guest. Quite on the contrary, his entire focus was steadfastly singular - determined only to get the objects necessary to fix the wound on Henry's head. And yet, though he was entirely unaware of the man's thoughts, he couldn't deny his own questioning feelings that filled his wayward thoughts. Sterling tried not to dwell on those peculiar sensations though, instead focusing on returning quickly to the man with the items he had requested. In fact, it wasn't until he had Henry's acceptance and had reached up to help fasten the gauze on Henry head that he realized the butterflies that fluttered in his stomach or the fashion that he seemed particularly aware of the brush of Henry's blonde locks against his fingertips. In that moment, he was aware of just how close he stood near the strange man - close enough to smell his own soap clinging to his skin. It was peculiar, to be so innately aware of his presence, it was enough that Sterling found himself releasing a breath he hadn't realized he had been holding the moment he stepped away from the fellow after ensuring the gauze was at least somewhat in place.

He stepped back, watching as Henry threw back the pills and alcohol with surprising ease. He didn't comment on it, instead his head bobbing ever so slightly at Henry's thankful words. "You're welcome." He replied, letting the silence fill the space between them. It wasn't until Henry had given in to Sterling's original offer that the corner of the boy's lips twisted upwards. "Yeah, of course. I'll get you a blanket...." His voice trailed off as he turned towards his own bedroom. He was quite certain he had at least one extra blanket around here somewhere - didn't he? It took a few moments of going through the closet before Sterling returned victorious with a plush, rarely used blanket in one hand and a pillow from his bed in the other. "Here." He uttered as he stood in front of the couch, handing the two objects towards his new found friend. Sterling retreat into his own bedroom after the objects were taken, pausing only at the threshold of his bedroom to glance backwards and utter softly, "Sleep well Henry."
