South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

The were-panther knew far too well that he was putting her ill at ease. Her displeasure screamed in her taunt muscles and laced ears. Her whole body was prepared for an attack while he swung from languid to predatory. It was a peculiar dance they engaged within but it was perhaps her prickly demeanor that had initially so intrigued him, especially when she seemed so naive. He knew his question had landed upon a mark, watching the way that her eyes widened. For a brief moment, those strained muscles had lost their rigidity, he wouldn't say she was entirey at ease either. Still, the feline listened with a clear intensity, his cranium bobbing with understanding and softly he inquires, "Have you considered the possibility that your subconscious is recalling a memory your waking mind refuses to acknowledge?" His head tilted to the side, his emerald gaze steadfast upon her. After all, in his early years after being stolen from his family, Tetradore had many such dreams. Nightmares even from events he had experienced but were too painful to dwell on in his waking life.

The man could hardly help the wistful comment that left his lips at her ignorance before he offered to her the one thing he was capable of providing her, the one thing she might be interested in. Apart of him was hardly surprised by the young woman's sudden hostility and immediately that rigidness returned. He heard her sharp lyrics within his head, questioning exactly why she should hold any real interest in what 'everyone' tried to offer her. It was clear she wasn't at all interested in it. It was clear she wanted to reject even the sliver of possibility at all costs. Sadly, Tetradore was hardly the one to provide any compelling reasons.

"Opposable thumbs are pretty great." Tetradore responded in a jesting fashion as his tail flicked playfully at the tip. "In truth, I suppose there's no reason you should want to be one if you're happy as things are now - with your pack and scrounging through the trash for your next meal." He paused, rising to his feet only to lean back in a stretch, his claws digging at the dirt while his mouth opened in a yawn to show his large canines. The male slowly dragged himself to his feet only to give her his back, his emerald eyes looking over his shoulder at her. "I fear it makes you far less interesting than I thought though" He continued, his baritone voice holding an almost lazily indifferent tone to it. He slowly begun to pad forward and away from her. After all, if she had little interest in exploring her were side, and even less interest in those outside of her pack - what was the point in his lingered presence? Such a shame. Things could have been very curious indeed.
