South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

Sebastian EllingtonI need to feel you again, feel my lips on your skin
for one night I could be him, no, I could be better

The vampire's fingers desperately clutched onto the thick leather material, holding it over himself for the sliver of relief it provided from the all too harmful rays of light. He was eager to find some sort of sanctuary somewhere within this part of town though he somehow doubted he'd find any real comfort till he was back in the safety of his hotel room in the Northern part of the city - a wish that was too far to even consider. His quickly darkening blue gaze met the warm simper of his mortal companion as Sebastian offered the man the smallest of nods. In moments such as these, a job was the least of his concerns. He darted off after his companion, entirely ignoring the mention of his rather abrupt lie, "Sebastian." He commented, before adding after a moment of after thought, "It's nice to meet you Pierre." Usually, the vampire was far better at first greetings. Hell - after even the first ten minutes Sebastian usually was capable of having his newfound companions utterly devoted to him. Now, however, the vampire was entirely focused upon the simple act of surviving.

For a moment, Sebastian found himself hesitating at the edge of the treeline, his blue gaze staring at the steady traffic and the bright sunlight with a rare glimpse of hopelessness. For a moment, Sebastian shrank away from the lightly, a soft, nearly pathetic sound on his lips though it alone was hardly audible. Briefly, his gaze darts to his companion, watching before the man launched himself forward and into a street with a shout behind his shoulder for Sebastian to follow. The vampire's lips pressed together ever so slightly in distaste before he found himself following suit, rushing through the pause in the flow of cars only to hear the sound of angry horns in his wake. Now that he was safely on the other side of the street, Sebastian could hardly help the fashion at which he rushed into the alleyway, nearly collapsing against the brick wall in the far back of the corner, as far from any sunlight as he could be. It took a moment for his breath to steady, his immediate danger of the sunlight out of the way.

Sebastian slowly dropped the leather jacket, his gaze dropping to his red and nearly raw hands. It wouldn't be long till his flesh started to smoke from the sun - frankly he wasn't sure how he would explain that. Not to mention there was still the matter that ever growing desire to feed. His gaze shifted towards his companion, offering the man a weak simper. "Thank you, Pierre." Sebastian uttered softly, a hint of the glamour of his usual sexiness shining through as he momentarily offered Pierre the entirety of his attention. In a way, he couldn't help it. His very nature survived off of people like Pierre - the mortal simply happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time. Not that Sebastian wouldn't entirely make it worth his wild. He always did. "Was this the place you had in mind?" He inquired, glancing around him. It would do, for now, though he would surely have to leave it as the sun shifted in the sky. How many hours did he have to survive through before night fell?
