West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

The stars in their orbits

The way in which Nadya stood with her feline form blocking the way in which the snow leopard had come up the stairs was no accident. She had effectively made escape impossible, creating a furry and tooth filled trap if she tried. Nadya's ear twitched as the lyrical vocals smoothed through her mind. It was no surprise that the reputation of the Ark had drawn the feline here; it was far more profitable now than it had been before her brother took it over and that took word of mouth to accomplish. Nadya only offered a soft chuff in acknowledgement to Grace introducing herself as her interest was sidetracked by Raven's bristling fur and Tobias' hiss. Nadya's gaze narrowed as her tail lashed back and forth though managed to pull her attention back to the snow leopard in question. Her mind being within its beast form was far more primitive and as such determined the stranger far more pressing than the pair.

"Your fur is...too clean to be in the fight ring." Whether that was meant as a compliment or not was hard to say as Nadya's gaze traveled Grace's spotted form. It wasn't a secret that Nadya preferred cleanliness and took pride in her looks so it was easy for her to spot someone else who was consciousness as well....though with Grace's form beside Tobias' it probably wasn't hard to see the difference. Tobias hardly bathed after all. Tobias and Raven's discussion about a medallion hardly mattered to Nadya, though a glimpse of the item did strike a chord of familiarity in her mind. A memory, becoming broken after time, of blonde hair and an amused smirk with a flash of silver below his throat. The memory was fleeting, gone as quick as it had come that she could not make out the entirety of it and the simple chaos of emotions that accompanied it didn't make her wish to chase after it.

Nadya's strode forward to wedge herself between Tobias and Grace, unlinking his tail from her form and instead replacing it with her form grazing against Grace's. Their size difference was notable as she pressed against the snow leopard slightly to guide her back to the stairs, "He is a spoil sport in his games when he loses. You should let me show you the bar instead...the drinks are much better than the fights." The alcohol had been one of the only reprieves about moving to the Ark since she was no longer breastfeeding or even had children to care for. Surely the snow leopard would prefer the option of drinking to whatever game Tobias could think of. It was, at least, an effective way to end the stand-off of where someone was and wasn't allowed to stand.
