West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

The ebony feline's pride had perhaps taken far more of a beating then the man himself had. The feline's fur entirely fluffing around his usually slender figure once again as his spotted companion begun to take his victory lap. Tetradore was hardly oblivious to the fashion at which the boy strutted around him, clearly taking this cheaply won victory to the next level. The were-panther remained silent, however, occupying himself wholly with the cleaning of his fur. In a way, he was hardly surprised at the outcome - Tobias had always known how to bend the rules. He excelled at cheating far better then Tetradore himself did. Still, that knowledge hardly stopped the scowl that crossed the feline's features. Sleep had sounded so particularly intoxicating. Although Tetradore was rather nocturnal by nature, the majority of his life lived entirely between the hours his vampire mistress had woken, he could still hardly deny his particular love of sleep. It was perhaps his more feline nature coming out to play despite Tetradore's constant insistence to remain fully in control of himself, hardly giving into the same whims as the rest of his pack members. Balls of yarn failed to delight him but give him a warm spot beneath the sun and Tetradore was content to sleep the day away.

Unfortunately, the sleep he so longed for was now entirely out of his reach. He knew all too well that he was hardly going to be allowed up into his bedroom unbothered. In fact, the man almost instantly regretted this Alpha for a day thing entirely. Still, a soft sigh left his lips as Tobias once again approached him. The single command saw the emerald eyes of the feline stare at the spotted cat's quickly retreating figure with a frown upon his maw. And yet, bets were bets. He knew well that even going against this one would perhaps not be beneficial for the feline or their own rules on future bets. Still, Tetradore was hardly given any command beyond simply staying and so, stay is what he did. Sort of. Instead, the man simply allowed his large figure to fall to the floor beneath him, sprawling out on the bouncy mat in a small show of defiance as his emerald eyes flickered closed. His jaws parted largely in a yawn as the creature rolled over onto his back, fully intending to take the moments he was given to get as much sleep as he was possibly allowed.

Sadly, it was certainly not long enough at all till he heard the padding of feet once again though the large jungle cat hardly moved at all. He heard the toys fall around his too fallen figure, his brightly hued eyes slowly flickering open as he glanced at the toys that were around him. Tobias' voice, however, coaxed a small groan from his lips at the boy's declaration and slowly, Tetradore flipped back off of his back onto his side. His gaze surveyed the toys spread out in front of him before his eyes darted upward towards his companion. "I bet I can make a better city than you." He offered as way of a challenge, his paw already reaching out to bat at a block away from the pile before fetching another one to delicately place on top. At the very least, Tetradore was dedicated when he put his mind to something. This was surely promising at least for his companion - though the man hadn't really thought of how well he was going to survive through the rest of the day. One thing at a time.
