West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

i'm not ashamed of my scars, i'm ashamed of the world for not understanding.

Indeed it was rather an uncomfortable old looking bed, but it was far away from the Ark. Hiding underneath it was a throwback to her instinctual desire to hide in a dark small place. It was quiet here. It was safe. It was a place she could think and ask questions. Questions like the ones she asked herself many times ever since she was a childâ€" why was she cursed with this diseased? Her pack could not even help her answer this question. No one had ever had it within their family before, but for some reason she was the lucky pup to get it. When she came to the city there were a few times when her other half took control. However, there was never a time when she was surrounded by her new pack did she lose control. For such a long time that side of her was dormant for so long that Raven assumed perhaps it would not come back. Maybe the reason why it came was because it was trying to protect her, from the brutality from her old pack, it was a survival method. Yet sadly tonight that hopeful thinking was dashed away swiftly. She had told Tetradore about her feral side after he had accepted her within his pack. She felt he deserved to know, it was important for him to know such a thing, just in case one day...she showed her other side. How he would deal with it she did not know, but she knew that as long as he was aware, perhaps he would know what to do when the time came. Though she wished it would never happen.

As she laid underneath the bed within the warehouse, she silently struggled to retain some of the memories of what had occurred only moments before. She felt terribly sorry for Jackal. She would have never attacked him, and she hoped he knew that. She found traces of the memory from her feral side showing her slamming Tetradore into a wall and she winced, feeling sorry once more, for harming him. He was Alpha. She knew very well her place and she didn't mind it at all, not really wanting to fix anything or move up in rank. He was Alpha and all was well. Yet for some reason her other half didn't approve at all. As her mind began to roam, as she struggled to grab hold of a memory before it disappeared, she did not hear the sound of Tobias coming. Instead, she whimpered softly, her eyes closed as she visually saw what she had done, and how terrible she felt. It is the sound of the old wooden floors creaking that caused her to go silent. Sera was not going to be at work tonight, she would have never come here, if she thought Sera would be here. As she sees a pair of golden eyes looking through the darkness at her, she recognized her companion, and gently she responds.

"I don't want to accidentally hurt others, so I am here, hiding."

Part of her wished to go out from under the bed and seek comfort from him. He may not know how to comfort her at all, but his presence alone was rather soothing. She did not think he would follow her. He was far too attached to Tetradore, the boy would follow any order the panther gave him, and she was surprised to see her spotted companion here. Through the memories she could barely grasp onto, she saw flickers of times when Tobias would help him take her down or keep her from harming Sam. She was rather grateful that he would do what he could to ensure she brought no harm to others. The scared lupine wanted to be close to him, but she was afraid that she may harm him. The last thing she would want is to cause him any harm, especially without anyone to help him keep her away. He was powerful, but even so, she was terrified to wake up and see him bloody and out...all because of her. As she lifted her dial slightly she winced at the pain she felt from Tetradore's acidic bite, weakly she warns him to stay away...for his own safety.

"I don't want to hurt you Tobi...you should leave in case...I go feral again."
