West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

if you've got nothing to dance about find a reason to sing

The first of many nights was surprisingly enough going very smoothly for the vampire. She had yet to see anyone that looked like they were after her, found a new favorite drink, listened to some new music, and was overall simply happy. In her mind, things couldn't get better even though her new life was just beginning and she had a long way to go. Sipping the drink slowly she continued to watch her surroundings, taking in all the new scents that had no meaning to her.

The two men came from behind; needless to say they were tall, dark, and handsome. She was oblivious to the fact that they were together, or that they had stopped to speak with her. That is until she looked over to see Tobias staring at her with wide, dark eyes. His look was predatory, feral, something you would see in the wild. Her own blue eyes grew larger slightly as her heart fluttered in her chest. For a moment she felt as if this was the end, which these men would take her back and her small taste of freedom would remain a distant memory.

She could feel the man watching on her other side and could only assume that they were a team. As much as she wanted to get a look at Tetra, she couldn't bear to remove her eyes from Tobias, knowing all too well never to turn you back on someone; rule number six. She swallowed hard as he spoke to her, eyes blinking a few times as she tried to remain calm. Surely they hadn't followed her from Italy... had they? Her spinning mind came to a sudden stop as he spoke once more, causing Gianni to smile and her features to brighten. Subconsciously she reached up to touch one of her ears before a small giggle escaped her.

The girl didn't care that he seemed to stutter, and she no longer seemed to care about the killing gleam in his eye. While the compliment might not be what some would expect, it was the first compliment the vampire had ever received and she was basking in it. "Grazie," She said between her giggles. "Yours are nice too, they match your eyes." Her small laugh filled the air as she pointed to his ears though she meant every word that was spoken.

She turned and looked over her shoulder at Aiden, his dominant demeanor being the first thing she noticed. Quickly, she averted her eyes from his and gave him a dip of the head. "Where are my manners, I'm sorry, I'm Gianni," Her voice was apologetic as she forgot to introduce herself to the two men which didn't go over well in her previous life. She looked back to Tobias as he grabbed her glass, a brow lifting in curiosity.

The man then did something that was unlike she had ever seen. Even as a slave she had never seen her master lick a glass. Biting her lip she watched as he held the glass back out to her, his words stuttered and broken once more as if he didn't quite know what to say. Not wanting to be rude and turn down what seemed to be an act of kindness, Gianni reached her gloved hand out and carefully took the glass back. "I suppose, if that's what you would like to call it," She said quietly as she looked at her glass. Setting it on the table the girl glanced back at Aiden, then to Tobias, "You're not human." She stated bluntly, though quietly as if she was embarrassed to speak.

She gave Tetra another glance, as he seemed to simply be watching his friend do all the talking. They both seemed to be predators, and she was silently hoping she wasn't on their menu for tonight. Turning to Tobias the girl twirled a strand of hair on her finger. "Here, I'll buy you a drink, anything you want, and one for your friend too," She gave a sweet, friendly smile, hoping to win them both over. Perhaps she would make a friend, if not two tonight.
